Good location, easy parking, very helpful & friendly staff.

Breakfast was wonderful! The beds were comfortable. The waitresses were amazing. The location is amazing. Literally with in walking distance of everything.
Our room we originally booked the heat didn’t work. We were downgraded from a king room with balcony access to a double room on the second floor with no balcony access. Then told “it’s no extra charge” I would sure hope not being our room was definitely a down grade. No offer of any compensation for what happened.

Location and atmosphere in room
Staff was inexperienced and cold, uninterested. Room was worn down, bathroom door stuck and binds to floorboards, hot water took 5 mins to arrive under full volume.

Super beautiful classic building, awesome decoration, big rooms, amazing breakfast.
Of course it’s a classic building, but maybe the bathrooms are a little bit tired. Mattresses very soft and uncomfortable.

Location, property very nice. Room was very nice
The room was not serviced by 12:30 pm. I had to request the bed to be made & fresh towels. Otherwise it was great.

It was beautiful, clean, and very relaxing, but most importantly, the staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient!
The only negative for me was a lot of stairs and no elevator because my knees are bad. However, the staff helped us get a first floor room. Now that’s excellent service!

The location was great! The historical value was impressive. Loved the front porch.
Restaurant was understaffed but very nice at breakfast. Very slow service. Food was mediocre.
Bathroom could be cleaner.
Most wall outlets did not work in my room (257).

Lovely historic hotel with lots to look at and enjoy. Close to everything you need to see and do in Natchez. Staff were helpful and dinner and breakfast extremely tasty.
The bed was too soft as were the pillows.

The facility is a quaint, beautiful building. The staff was respectful. The server in the restaurant for breakfast was outstanding. He was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect to attractions and restaurants. Great location to walk along the bluffs!
Overall, the facility needs a facelift. It has a huge potential that is not being utilized. The building and its location make it a gem for tourists visiting this quaint town. The first thing is that the rooms need a major cleaning. Although at first glance, they are ok, but upon a closer look, it needs a deep cleaning. The baseboards, carpet along the baseboards, and the bathroom had dust and dirt that had not been addressed for some time. The overall furnishings were bit dated/ dirty (fabric chairs, wallpaper border, lamps). Pictures were hung just to fill up space rather than what made sense. There were no charging stations in the rooms. Some of the outlets did not work; there was a extension cord being used to accommodate the lack of outlets.
The patio was dirty. Trash was on the ground and the flowerbeds needed attention. I understand that spring was just beginning, but it truly needed to be addressed. There were various plastic pots containing dead plants. If the garden/flowerbeds had just been cleaned up, it would have been much prettier. The facility is so pretty but the used of Coke Cola umbrellas on the patio kind of ruins the antique/ vintage look.
I believe with a little love was shown to this building, it would be a great spot to stay!

Perfect location in town, walking distance to everything! Comfortable and beautiful rooms. Delicious on-site restaurant (Farrah’s). Get the eggplant moussaka and fried halloumi!
Service-oriented staff who were attentive to our needs.
Check out time is at 11:00. We finished breakfast after 10:30am and went back to our rooms to gather our things to leave, but our room keys had stopped working. Had to go back downstairs and find someone to get us into our rooms. This glitch needs to be corrected in my opinion.

The location was excellent.
The temperature controlled for the room didn't appear to work properly. There was also a window unit that wasn't up to par. Had to hold a window open to get air. Breakfast service was weird
