The room and view were awesome. Bed was comfy. Location was great. Very quiet and relaxing.

Didn’t even know where to get breakfast at hotel. Room service was unavailable. The reel bar took over 45 mins to bring nachos to us and closed earlier than listed hours one night. Shower could have used a little more pressure.

beautiful resort tucked away in a marina with upscale accommodations.

secluded away from downtown but a quick water taxi/shuttle ride into town. great tiki bar at pool with solid eats. they really make you feel at home and are very accommodating. we had a crowd of over 30 people.

the cost primarily. it’s pricey for the resort stay but the food and cocktails were very reasonable.

we thought the room could get more cleaning , floors could have been cleaner and the doors should be wiped down . but we did really enjoy the hotel and the rooms were a great size

Beautiful views. walk to USS Yorktown. Relaxed and laid back after the business of Charleston

Area of loacation Close to Charleston but not up in the middle Didn’t like being on first floor Pools nice

Pressure wash or rinse pool area because ants come when people spill drinks and drop food out Not clean enough for the price Needs complimentary breakfast somewhere Liked massages Detail cleaning is a must, shocking how it was when you compare to the cost of going there The gate going in and out needs to be talked about more. A lot of people had issues

Beautiful facility, beautiful room, and beautiful views.

Consierge is not friendly or helpful, no bellhop to help with luggage upon arrival, no room service, no poolside service, Fish House restaurant is mediocre.

great property. views are amazing and the staff are excellent.

the Air Conditioning ran all night. no matter what I set it on. no extra blankets in room. had to jump in a hot shower to warm up.

Excellent, can't wait to go back.

The hotel itself was beautiful! The room was larger than expected and the views were incredible. The Spa was the best we had ever been to and the pool area and bar were great as well.

The staff at the Fish House could have been better.

The customer staff at the front were extremely room during our stay. For the amount of money spent a friendly smile and positive attitude would have been great to see. They were not friendly at all.

would definitely stay again in peak season

loved the rooms and the view. clean, renovated. pools were closed due to a season and there was no so much to do on spring break, restaurant( where we had breakfast ) is outside the hotel.
