Dirty sheets, mold, no housekeeping.

Location

They only pick up the trash. I went 3 days with undone bed, dirty sheets and moldy shower curtains which smelled horrible. Lady at the front desk looked annoyed when I asked for another pillow bc the ones in the room are old and flat.

It was OK in a pinch, but will search for something better in the future.

The size of the room was good.

The shower head was terrible. The road noise was very bad. Cleanliness was ok. The sheet on the one bed was stained and the floor needed to be mopped.

Rooms could have been a lot better I seen another king size room and it was fully furnished

My room only had a bed and I had king size room no couch no chair just one bed and enough space to have a party

I recommend it for just one night

Hotel near Legoland. Room with microwave, coffee machine and minibar. Comfortable bed. Good price for spending just one night as was our case. I was able to take a good shower and rest to continue traveling the next day.

There was a cockroach in the room. The photos on booking do not match the current reality of the hotel. The bed had just a sheet and a thin quilt, we missed a warmer blanket. I was alone with my young son and I felt that the place was empty, it looked like an abandoned hotel, which made me feel insecure and scared.

Was good. The room was big and clean. The bed was ok.

Trying to get in and out of the hotel. The road is so busy and they come from both sides so fast is hard. Need a light.

Nothing everything was so poor and really expensive. The smell was so bad and the restroom dirty and the couch dirty 😫 I will not recommend this to no body .

Ridgeway stay

Great room. Lots of facilities provided. IHOP on site, good dinner and breakfast at reasonable price.

Needed to drive to get to shops etc. Nothing within walking distance.

The floor, shower, and headboard were all dirty. The doors also open to the outside instead of inside, so I didn't feel very safe.

Looks like they are doing a refresh, so most things are new and modern. Very spacious and quiet.

I'm afraid if they finish their refresh, charges will deservedly increase. No complaints.

Great value hotel

The location was fantastic only 5 minutes from legoland and really central to all the restaurants and everything you need. The staff was really friendly and responsive to anything we needed. The rooms aren't fancy but they're clean and comfortable. We requested a suite, and we were able to fit 2 adults and 3 kids comfortably. The room had a kitchenette, which was nice for quick meals and storage. The pool is clean and well maintained. There was also a 24-hour IHOP right in the parking lot, which was very convenient for breakfast and nighttime drinks and food.

The outside looks a little rough. I had second thoughts when we first pulled in, but I'm glad we gave them a chance.

There was nothing about this MOTEL that I liked. We are being over charged here

I didn't like the way customer service speaks to you over the phone. I don't like the false advertisement, I don't like that we have to pay a hundred dollars deposit for such a cheap motel. It was just awful

Wasn’t what we thought it would be.

it was close to legoland

phone didn’t work and phone jack at wall was ripped out. Toilet paper holder was very lose and didn’t hold paper. People talking and walking outside of room all night.

overall, for the price we paid, the quiet area, the location, the nice staff we actually would stay here again

it was usually quiet, good parking, clean towels every day

outdated compared to the picture on the site; unexpected extra $100 deposit upon check in. Staff did report if all was good upon leaving, deposit would be returned to account; didn’t mind the pergo flooring, definitely needed to be mopped at least twice a week-we were there 8 days; in need of cosmetic repairs on outside of building, but nothing dangerous.
