Comfortable! Our room was spacious, like a mini apartment! We will be back!

The breakfast was one of the best complimentary breakfasts we have ever had. They had many selections that the kids loved! The spread out time of serving gave every guest plenty of time to eat. There was no rushing to get to the breakfast bar!!

The pool was a little small for our liking but we did swim for a bit. once 3 families got down to the pool it was crowded and we decided to go back to the room. Other than that, the place is amazing. Spacious and highly recommended.

The hospilitality of the front desk and maintenance men were awesome.

The stay here was very nice because of the clean elevators, halls, breakfast area, and the outside of the facility. The room on arrival was fabulous, very spacious and clean. This room is a place that I could take up resdience if I was in need of a home.

On the mirror it's clearly stated that during your stay, your room will be cleaned every other day due to you having a comfortable stay. The day before checkout, we went out on a fun day of shopping and eating of four hours, and was ready to come back to the room for the evening, only to find that my room was not cleaned. And we were there from Monday and this was Wednesday. So, my wife asked the housekeeper if she was going to clean our room and afgter a little back and forth she said okay...I'll see about getting to your room! So, my wife said we'll leave again and come back but please give us clean towels. Guess what the SMART housekeeper did...yep you guessed it left the clean towels but didn't clean the room! So, upon checkout we notified the front desk attendant of the situation and she was to make a note of it and foward it to an upper person.

I have stayed at couple home 2 suites and the past and this was the worst one I stayed at.

Staff was later for work so breakfast was later . Coffee machine ran out of coffee

I would not stay at the hotel again, it’s just the level of comfort I’ve come to expect from Hilton.

The location was great and the staff were very friendly.

The bathroom didn’t look like it had been cleaned, there was hair all over the floor. There was hair in the bed and every time the AC came on and turned off it woke me up because it was so loud.

Disappointing

Very large room. Large bottles of soap, shampoo, lotion, etc.

The automatic blinds didn't work. When I called the front desk, I was told they would try to find black trash bags to block out the light shining through. I was not only disappointed with the solution, which I agreed to at the time because the hotel was supposedly full and there were no other rooms available, but they never showed up with the bags. The furniture is quite old and dingy. It felt dirty. And, the pool was almost green. I have a three year old that we planned to go to the pool with, but we couldn't.

Great prices. Very clean inside and out. Huge Rooms, with all kitchen essentials. Big refrigerator. very comfortable bed, with extra pillows and blankets in chest of drawers. Amazing FREE breakfast , great options for different sandwiches ,Frittata , breakfast bowls , waffles, and more. Staff were very friendly. nice outdoor seating. nice pool area with multiple gas grills.
