Good overall

Spacious room, great breakfast, clean

The slide in the pool isn’t open during the day tjme. The water for the pool was freezing on Thursday but then warm on Friday. Must not be heated during the week??

Very poor

The kids did have a lot of fun in the pool that's about all I can say good about this experience.

The pool smelled like lake water and there was a crap ton of rust all over the slide and steps to it. The housekeeping supervisor told us she cleaned our room thoroughly like stopped us to let us know that then we get to the room and the microwave is broke,the desk leg broke,the pull out mattress broke with a bunch of food and cups under the pull out. Then since we booked through booking they said all they could do for us is switch to a new room. Also the breakfast was pretty horrible the sausage links and omelets were undercooked and or cold in the inside. Would never go back again and I've never said that about a hotel

We live in the area, but would happily stay again when needed. We may even plan a family stay-cation

Mark at front desk was fantastic breakfast was amazing

Disappointing

Comfortable beds.

Accidentally left charger plugged into the wall but was not "found" by housekeeping. Called to ask and it was not put into lost and found.

Funeral Stay

It was a clean hotel with friendly staff. The waterslide in the pool was an amazing surprise for my kids! Liked there was actual hand wash (and not just a bar of soap), and all the toiletries, an added plus they were refillable so helping the environment! The breakfast had decent choices and we loved the cinnamon rolls! The courtyard was a nice spot to gather with our family to hang out. Overall a nice stay!

The roof had a leak in the front lobby. There were only 2 bath towels in our room and we were a family of 4 (not a huge deal, I went to front desk to ask for more). The breakfast was good, but both mornings we were there I had to ask for a refill on the coffee as it was out. One I had to wait 5 minutes bc they forgot to brew another. Again not a huge deal, but an area of improvement. The worker did seem to be checking things so maybe I just got unlucky. The pool area was soooo hot! We were trying to hang out and relax in the pool area while the kids relaxed (after my Mother-in-law's funeral) and it was unbearable. The emrgency door was propped open, not sure by who, but we sat by the door which helped with the fresh air. Didn't like we couldn't have food in the pool area.

the bed was to hard the jetted tub took forever to have hot water and the shower wouldn’t go cooler.

The mattresses were great. The room was pretty clean outside of the un-vacuumed area by the window. Breakfast was good.

The pool is overly chlorinated, the water was murky and it burned our throats and eyes. My son had an asthma attack from the chlorine. Also, very rude housekeeping pounding on the door 17 minutes before checkout was annoying. I get it you're busy but so are we and we've paid, we were out by checkout time. I've never had that issue at any other hotel. Honestly, due to this we won't stay here again.

Good, but was hoping for a better pool experience for our kids.

I like the location. Rooms were comfortable and slept well.

The pool was hot/humid and the moment you walk in the door to the pool your eyes start to burn. Needed some fresh air through the pool. There was a maintenance man in the pool area that was super unfriendly and acted like you were bothering him if you needed something. We also had no hot water for showers once we got back to our room after the pool.

Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good and the big breakfast space was nice for gathering in the evening.

The pool was not open and once it did open the water slide was not open in times you could really use it. Also the fact that no one cleans the rooms we had a pile of towels but prices have never adjusted accordingly when there is no service.

Not really worth the rate that was charged.

The mattress was so soft you had trouble moving or turning in bed. Very uncomfortable. You heard every movement person above you made. Room smelled very old like it hasn't been aired out in a very long time.

Breakfast was good for a continental.

Pool area wasn't ventilated well, which made it feel like we were breathing in pure chlorine gas at the top of the water slide.
