Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast was just excellent!! The hot items were hot and the chilled items were just that. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Brittany was especially helpful and couldn’t have been more cordial. We will be back.

The night/fan switch in the bathroom. You couldn’t turn on the light without the fan coming on. The fan was a little noisy. Going in the bathroom during the night and turning on the light also turned on the fan which at that hour woke everyone else in the room. Need separate on/off switches.

Everything was great except when I injured my back falling out of the bathtub.

The staff was nice and friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great.

The bathtub bottom was slippery and I slipped and fell out of the tub.

Very convenient & comfortable!

Breakfast was very good! Convenient location- easy access to the interstate and restaurants. Receptionists we’re very helpful-loaned me a cell phone cord after mine wasn’t working!

The location is awful. So loud. The dumpster was emptied at 5am on a Saturday. The people next to us were loud until well past 3am. Through the paper thin walls I could hear their entire conversation.

Don't respect my price reservation, even when I showed they have only one room and no two like y did my reservation and they give me a different rate for one of the rooms, the guy on the front desk don't clarify and keep me on waiting for an hour to give me my rooms

Exceptional

Really, everything. Especially the breakfast, WOW it was fantastic. The hospitality was wonderful, the staff made you feel at home.

Took my money, gave me wrong room, refused any time of refund

We booked a 2 queen bedroom through booking.com, when we arrived after our 7 hour drive, there was only one king bed in our room. So not only did I have to share a bed with my coworker, I OVERPAID for a single room. 2 queen bedrooms were extra $. So they kept my money for the double room we never got, and I was never offered any compensation or apology for their mess up.

Favorite hometown hotel

The entire place was very clean, the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was fantastic, and the breakfast far exceeded any expectations we may have had. We hate getting up early and made a point to each day because it was so good.

The only issue we encountered was that the WiFi stopped working, which wasn't a big deal.

The tub wasn’t draining properly, and the paint on the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling bad.

My stay was great but the service I received a was very poor.

The room was great.

The reason I am disappointed with this stay has nothing to do with the room itself, the hotel is great and would always recommend staying here, but I was charged a massive pet fee for my service dog, which is illegal and I showed proof to the front desk that she was my service dog I had her vest on I had my card and paperwork and was told there is nothing they can do to take the fee off, I was told I would be contacted by a manager and have still yet to receive a call.

Pleasant

The breakfast was good. The pool is small, but the kids enjoyed it.

Friendly, courteous staff. Very nice breakfast, prepared and supported with customer experience top of mind. Comfortable bed, pillows, temp control. Room designed with unique touches, lighting, bedside tables, chaise, toiletries.

Bathroom fan is loud and must be on if the light is on. Not cool if you accidentally turn it on in the middle of the night. TV station options and guide weren't great. Couldn't read handwritten wifi code- pick something normal and post it in the room.

Comfortable and clea clean.

Room was extremely clean and comfortable. Hostess was very accommodating. Allowed us to check in early and check out late. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. The breakfast bar was clean, fully stocked , and delicious. Great stay. Well definitely be back.

Wish the pool was open later.

A great respite from a long day of travel!

Everything was very clean, spacious and comfy. Great breakfast too! Great value as well.

My only thought is that the pool opening earlier would have worked better for my family and our travel schedule!

checked in at 7:30pm- was in bed by 1am- woke up 9:40am, went to breakfast, began making pancakes for myself with the od

was located right off the highway.

rented a queen suite- and when I arrived- the queen suites were all booked up- even though I had a confirmation code from booking .com for one. so they put me in a double queen room- and said there would be about a $20-$30 refund. which I still haven’t seen be refunded to my card yet???
