It was nice to come to a clean and comfortable room after long days at my conference

The shower and the bed was so comfortable.

I didn’t like that the ice machine was only on the bottom floor.

Would not hesitate to come back

Nothing to complain about the room. It was spacious with all expected facilities. The location of the hotel was excellent since it was a couple of minutes away from the freeway and South Coast Plaza.

The elevators were playing tricks and had to climb four flights of stairs a few times to reach our room.

Clean, modern, relaxing, just what we needed for a relaxing night away

Staff was nice, I liked that the room looked exactly to the pictures when I booked it. I liked how clean everything was. I enjoyed the products available

The shower door was very very loud/squeaky. It also leaked badly, so there was a puddle whenever we showered. Toilet paper was thinner than we’d like.

No complaints. Air conditioner did leak but I just told the cleaning staff. Breakfast is expensive but there is a McDonald’s near by.

Great hotel for nightover before whalewatching tour

Large room, good beds Large swimming pool with plenty pool beds (also in cabana's). Good breakfast Hotel is 15 minute drive from Newport Beach harbor (whale watching tour)

Although we had made a breakfast-included booking via Booking.com for our room with 4 persons, the hotel was only willing to offer breakfast to 2 guests per room maximum.

It was a quick visit. did not use the hotel breakfast. but there is a McDonald close by that is a plus

Room sizes were large. Location of hotel was very convenient and was accessible from three highways.

We had a suite (two rooms) There was no daily room cleaning- Room cleaning once every three days. One piece of a very tiny soap was in the toilet which last for one day and we had to collect soap from reception. Rooms were smelling when we entered. The rooms had no ventilation. Bath room and toilet had no extraction fan. There was no windows to be opened for ventilation. Two Window ACs were installed, one each room. Room temperatures had to be cooled down below comfort zone in order to reduce unpleasant odor.

Thanks to Javier Jaimes and the entire staff we had an excellent stay at Crowne Plaza.

Javier Jaimes, front desk manager was outstanding in making our stay at Crowne Plaza memorable.

The room we were initially booked into had many issues, broken chair, non-functioning refrigerator, no sheets for the pull out bed and the thermostat was broken. It didn't help that when I booked the suite, I picked a room that had 2 separate sleeping areas. Not realizing that the suite was for the handicap.

Visiting family we found the location was great. The rooms are simple and comfortable.

Restaurant staff and food were great. Female at front desk was pleasant and helpful.

Upon entering they said the room we had booked was not available. Not a big deal. However, when we entered the room she gave us, there were food wrappers and nuts on the floor. (Making it seem it hadn’t been vacuumed or cleaned properly.) She moved us to a different room on the 2nd floor. We noticed in the morning that the ceiling was becoming damaged from a water leak. This is during a bad streak of rain. Out of concern we took a photo and showed the front desk person. He called maintenance and said they would attend to it while we were gone. When we returned several hours later, they did nothing but peel the paint back farther. Told us it was nothing. My husband touched the ceiling and it was extremely soft in the area where the water was or had been leaking. Again, this is during a time where California was flooding. We understand stuff happens. Nevertheless, the room needed to be fixed before you allowed guests to stay in it. Just kind of tacky and not what we expected.
