The location of the hotel is convenient to both Ole Miss campus and the downtown area,
Reservation made for (4) adults. The hotel had 2 hand towels, 1 bath towel and 1 washcloth.
We had to wait at the front desk for a hotel representative to arrive and check us in, at 9pm.
Returned home from college event, at 6pm, our room was never cleaned or serviced.
Called to request new towels and wash cloths be brought to the room, which we never received until i stopped by the front desk and inquired.
The hotel is significantly under-staffed.
The electric outlets don't work, so my son had difficulty charging his electronic devices.

The location is excellent for a visit to the university and old town.
Staff members (except at checkout) were inhospitable. Breakfast was very overpriced for the portions and quality. We were not informed about construction in the building.

The room was great. We had full breakfast with our stay which was great. The coffee is Starbucks so that was GREAT.
The price of the bar was a little wild. I paid $11 for wine.

Breakfast needs the biggest improvement. I was totally unsatisfied with the arrangement for breakfast. I will not return, also I have told others.
There is little to no breakfast available.

The staff are very nice.
This should not be called a Marriott. The air is broken and has been for weeks apparently. Lobby is sweltering and the rooms get somewhat cool but not much. We had to get a fan in order to be in the room. Nothing is as shown in ads-rooftop bar closed and overgrown plants everywhere. Laundry in the hallways. Room smelled like mildew and dirty carpet. No one even working during checkout -instead there was a basket that said to leave keys for an emailed receipt.

Location, decor and staff who were working in subpar conditions. Nice room.
Apparently the A/C broke 3-4 months before our stay and the new owners have not replaced it. Not only is it a work hazard to be in the EXTREME heat in all of the hotel besides the individual rooms, but it was miserable for the guests. The pool was not filled and it smelled of mold on that floor. The lobby felt as if the heat was on in July. It had to be over 100 degrees at night in the lobby of the hotel when we checked in. In the morning, when we went for breakfast it was so hot in the bistro. We were not able to eat in the bistro due to the heat. Appalling for a Courtyard Marriott to be so poorly maintained. I expected more from this brand named hotel.

Clean and staff was very friendly
The pool was closed. The ac in the rooms did not get any cooler than 71 degrees, which we had to ask the front desk for a fan. No extra toilet paper yes we asked for some but it took a housekeeper going into another room to get us some. We were given a free full breakfast for the family, but for the price we paid and traveling with an 8 year old during the summer. A pool that was closed was not pleasant. We ended up finding a city pool to go to which was pretty full most of the time and dirty.

You pay to park. They only sell coffee. The exterior has an odor. The pool is closed.

Nothing
The staff were horrible! Even after providing us with misinformation, they then refused to help. Be warned there are two of these hotels named exactly the same, Courtyard by Mariott Oxford but one is in the UK and the other is in the US. Once we realised the mistake, we asked for a transfer but they didn't even bother to respond and just took the money anyway.

Nice location
Lots of small details were not right, needs a bit more care to get things the way they should be

staff very kind!!! AC WORKING GREAT IN ROOM 👍
First I am waiting for my refund I was told I would be refunded for my last night and still have not received my refund???
Second the property advertised its cleanliness, amenities and staff all of which failed!!! starting from the entrance, to the lobby to the filthy glass to the smeared stainless on the elevators!! In addition I was charged for parking which i could understand if it was during peak season but my stay was during off season
Entry dirty, staff not at desk at check in or check out, room service only available if asked for by 8am - had to go to front desk for additional towels and toiletries, common areas in hotel not maintained restrooms in rooms not cleaned (mold in showers) only had soap in shower no shampoo or conditioner. only one roll of toilet paper no extra.
Big pet peeve of mine is when garbage bags are not put in properly- see pictures- cans should not have SKIRTS!!!
Plus concrete should be cleaned in front when spills are made this is the entrance to your house!!!
