Lovely!!

Location close to shops and restaurants. Easy walking to everything.

The tubs could use some bars. I felt a little unsure getting into and out of the tub.

Overall our stay was pretty good.

It was close and convenient to shopping and restaurants. The staff was super nice.

Our door had a gap in it when it was shut. The bathroom door was hard to open and was scrubbing on the floor. There was some little brown pieces in the tub. Looked as if it was coming out of the tub faucet but not sure. I didn’t complain about this to the staff because I’m sure they were aware of the door situations.

Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

The young women working at the front desk during my evening check-in was incredibly helpful. I highly commend her professional and friendly attitude to caring for your guests. Really exceptional.

Wonderful choice, top notch in every aspect. Walking distance to restaurants, stores & riverfront.

Everything from the extremely friendly, efficient and informative check in to comfortable, clean amenities.

Honestly can’t say anything except as all of us wish a bit less expensive

Super convenient location. Free parking, free WiFi, free breakfast and happy hour! Staff was very nice and genuinely happy to help.

Only complaint was lack of blackout curtains. That morning sun was BRIGHT in our room.

Amazing accommodations and location

Enjoyed everything about this quaint hotel! The location is perfect for enjoying the downtown area. We were able to walk to everything! The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable! Accommodations were so comfortable and clean! Lovely lobby, court yard, and balcony for relaxing and visiting. Can’t wait to book our next trip!

Cute hotel in the historic area. Staff was helpful and friendly. breakfast was great. bed was comfortable. secure parking.

Only thing I can say is that there weren’t any towel rods or hooks. we only stayed one night so didn’t matter but if we had. there was no where to hang towels. the light bulbs were SOOO bright. could cut back the wattage. otherwise great room!

A terrible experience and would not recommend this hotel.

It was very well located and easily accessible for doing things downtown.

I had a terrible experience with being double-charged for my stay. Both the hotel and Booking.com charged me. The hotel could clearly see they had made a mistake but refused to refund the overcharge. Booking.com graciously made it right and refunded the money. I’ll never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

great deal for the price.

easy to find, private and gated parking. Older but classic building, nothing that indicates it’s worn out but instead VERY well maintained. We paid $108 total for a Thurs night. Other locations this would be $200 per night. Very clean. a little issue having used Booking.com, this loc stops reg at 10p, but with a call to the posted phone number, the local owner should up and welcomed us in like family. Room appeared very rich with dark flooring in bedroom, gold plated fixtures in bathroom along with nice white marble looking tile. No mold, no missing caulking (grouted tile actually) nor any plumbing issues. included breakfast is basic but good.

Perfect get away.

This is our third time staying at the Church Street Inn. We travel from North TX to visit Natchitoches. We meet family there to share our experience. We all loved the Inn and will be back again. the staff is so friendly, the wine hour is a special bonus and the breakfast was on point. The beds are comfortable and the Inn is walking distance to so much.

Disappointing

Location excellent. So close to restaurants, stores and river. Myrtle at check in was very helpful.

Paid extra for a king deluxe room. Room was nice but on ground floor next to kitchen and store room. Banging and crashing woke us up at 6am. At 7 am I asked the extremely noisy staff outside our room to please be quieter. No was the answer people are getting ready to leave!!! Very rude!! If given room 103 refuse it. It should not even be used let alone classed as an upgrade. Ruined my stay. Breakfast was poor.

Sweet Inn

I worked at a hotel for about 10 years and this little inn is by far the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at. The clerk at check in was super sweet. Wish i got her name to give her a shoutout. Loved the balcony to sit over the road see downtown traffic and lake in the back. We will definitely be back.

Location of room was excellent. It was close to lobby and exit to walk the town. Our room was quite, clean and comfortable. The breakfast, though good, could have a few more offers. The complimentary wine bat when we arrived was awesome
