Worry free everything

Walking distance to mall, spacious rooms, well equipped (kitchen), comfortable bed, good selection for breakfast with particularly nice service. We met A person, who was on a longer stay and we can understand why

Nice 1 night in CVILLE

Convenient location; modern spacious lobby; great breakfast though I’m personally not a fan of thin omelette turnovers. Great variety and delicious oatmeal with every topping imaginable. Parking only $10 and was able to leave car in lot for 4 hours after checking out. Very nice kitchenette and plenty of electric outlets everywhere. Well lit parking lot.

My room on the 3rd floor was on the quieter part of the hotel but windows are anything but soundproof- could hear a concert in the distance and cars on the road below. This was my only real complaint.

Nice two night stay - very close to downtown mall.

The breakfast was very good. Croissant sandwiches with egg and ham or egg and sausage were good. Enjoyed that there was fruit also. Scrambled eggs were good - did not taste like the powdered kind. The women who worked helping with breakfast were very friendly and nice. Natalie at the front desk was great - very helpful. Wonderful customer service.

I did not like being charged for parking and not being told about it when making the reservation. That was annoying.

Friendly staff, clean room but very uncomfortable pull out bed in living area

Clean spacious room. Friendly staff

The pull out bed in the living area was extremely uncomfortable springs sticking out of it. We really needed it as there were three of us. Resulted in really poor sleeps. Food for breakfast was satisfactory. Did not like their Market onsite to buy products v expensive. There was no ‘heart’ to the Inn it needs a bar or restaurant onsite that allows guests to sit in the open spaces eating and having a drink

Clean. Very convenient to the downtown mall. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good Breakfast.

there was big knives stored in the bottom drawer and my 1 year old opened it and pulled out the biggest one. I was right beside him, but it would have been bad if I wasn’t! that wasn’t very safe.

we asked for a room that would accommodate two adults and two teenage children, and what we got would hardly have a accommodated three people. We ended up having to get a second room. breakfast was overrun with ppl. they had run out of most of the food. It was a bad scene.

We had a great stay and would stay at another Residence Inn.

The room was great. Other hotels with suites have very thin walls and you can hear the people next to you and above you. We didn't hear a peep from anyone else.

The attention to detail in ensuring a guest’s comfort was impressive.

The room was spacious, very clean, well appointed with a kitchen that provided essentials. Location was fabulous, close to the downtown. Staff were professional and their manager was super fair. We had an AC leak in the bathroom and he compensated us very fairly, even though we didn’t request compensation. Very commendable. And a great way to get guests to return.

I am a Marriott Bonvoy member and travel extensively. I was disappointed with the breakfast hour ending at 9 a.m. It clearly indicates that Marriott is trying to save some money at the expense of clients loyalty. This is not good and I would request management to look into this. We are at your hotel on vacation, which means taking life a little more leisurely.
