Relaxing

The beds are so comfortable. The view from our room was great (this time).

The room could have been a little cleaner. It wasn't bad but my husband commented.

Very nice and we'd consider staying there again in the future.

The shuttle was so handy to get to the Old Market. Not having to worry about parking down there was such a relief.

Excellent Hotel

Cool hotel. Lots of fun items for families to do. Super clean. Loved the in room exercise equipment. Great color scheme and super fun quotes everywhere.

parking lot was small and hard to get around and cost $15 a day. Bed not super comfy.

Rude, loud, and in a scary neighborhood

Nice furnishings and beds. Loved the workout/yoga equipment in the room with video instruction.

Unfriendly messaging from the start, rude staff, did not get the room I booked and was treated like that was my fault. And VERY LOUD partying nextdoor with no staff intervention. All this in a crappy, unsafe part of town with extra charges to park. We won’t be back.

Downtown location close to restaurants, shops and local parks ideal to experience the benefits of urban living

The room was huge with 2 king beds and the decor was modern and sleek. The lobby was welcoming with many activities for group fun.

The shower stall glass was too small allowing water to soak the floor

We would go back again

Location is good was close to university medical center & my doctor. Bed & pillows were so comfortable. After a 4 hr car ride it was great to have a cocktail & something to eat.

Good stay

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious.

You could clearly hear people in the next room - talking and tv. Didn't care for the bathroom products.

Poor parking. Bland furnishings. Nickel and dime you for basic coffee for $4.00 as example. Not enough plugins in the room. Terrible TV selections unless you order about 50 workout channels.

Good Hotel whit very bad service.

It is a clean hotel, spacious and actually everything you need is there, it has a small bar and a small shop. the rooms are big enough well equipped and everything you need is there. Nice gym Area

I should have left earlier and canceled two nights. The lady at the reception and the hotel management said they cannot decide and Booking.com has to approve befor. After calling Booking.com who said it would not be a problem, I was then told by the hotel management that this is not possible and you have still to pay the full price for all nights although you wanted to cancel two nights. It is a cheek to deal with guests like this. Thays why i can't recommended that Hotel. A huge minus point is that there isn't even a free coffee available in the lobby. You have to pay for it. This is the first time ever in the USA that I see something like that, not even in the low cost hotels something like that exist. Other hotels offer free coffee in the room and in the hotel lobby.

I would stay again!

I loved the games in the lobby, giant connect 4, and ping pong. I love that the beds are king sized and comfortable.

The sconce on the wall was broke, the reading light was broke off. The bathroom door is a sliding barn door style and doesn't completely cover the opening so you don't have very much privacy, but that's a personal preference. That being said, the good still outweighs the bad and I would stay again.

A decent hotel with easy access to downtown

Friendly staff. Close to restaurants, dow town. Covered & uncovered parking is very close & convenient. 3rd party parking vendor. Room was clean.

The lobby furniture is soiled from a lot of use.

Was a overall a good stay.

Rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable

No breakfast buffet … Coffee machine wasn’t working properly and did not expect an exercise bike in the bedroom.

Crap stay for a small fortune!

Comfortable bed

Workout machines/space in every room. No closets. Glass door on bathroom was stationary- only covered front half of shower so water went all over the floor. Dirty room in rough shape. Sliding door broken. Bunk beds missing screws. No free parking or breakfast. Salt water pool.

The EVEN hotel and staff is a no go! Unprofessional, untruthful and unwilling to assist customers.

There was nothing to like about this hotel. They told us we could check in early and when we went to check in, we were told they overbooked and we had no rooms.

We made reservations and paid in full a month in advance of our stay. We requested early check in and were told that was possible. We arrived and when we attempted to check in we were informed the hotel was over booked and our rooms had been given to others (who we later found out had booked after we did, but were charged at a rate 3x more than what we had paid in advance). The desk staff was sympathetic, but management would not even speak with us about this after waiting hours to find out where we would be staying. They put us in a Holiday Inn nearby.

Trash hotel canceled for more money, same day. No compensation!

That they canceled my reservation, same day, probably because there was the college world series and they made more money off them. I had this reservation for over a month, and then they canceled the same day. Dirty. No compensation. If I'd cancel same day, they'd steal the entire night's rate. Booking did find another hotel for same price but it was 30min away. Also no compensation. I thank Booking for that, but the hotel is trash for what they did.

waiting on my $50 deposit!

Was clean and Comfy. They compt us breakfast for one morning to make up for the rude shuttle driver, however that didnt makeup for a $50 deposit we never got returned!

Shuttle driver was rude, so my family and me told him nevermind and walked to old market! We never got our $50 deposit returned as told we would.

Loved the rooms with exercise equipment and the pool - great after a long day driving.

Restaurant was take away, which is ok. However, food was provided in single-use plastic containers with plastic cutlery, which is terrible. Please revert to ceramic plates and steel cutlery or use recyclable container.
