Off the highway , near business park but close to the lovely town. It was very nice. not crowded on a Sunday night and very clean. Rooms were comfortable, plenty of storage, beds comfy, breakfast had everything anyone could want. The outside seating and lounge areas were great to relax with a cocktail from the bar. Pool was in great shape. We loved this hotel and wished we had reason to come back to it. Location was great and local towns Bolton etc. are beautiful!
We loved this location and the whole experience. We were there at a quiet time so it was not crowded--this definitely made it seem even better. It was fantastic. Nothing bad to say.

They didn’t have a restaurant that’s open all day. The food was very good though.

We did not use any of the facilities but our room although a little small was perfect, new looking and clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff helpful and friendly.
Room a little small. A little noise from the hallway from other clients walking by - so maybe better sound proofing. Otherwise perfect.

Nightmare. Dates were wrong, didn’t have our rooms ready. Blamed me repeatedly for the problems. It was all my fault because I booked rooms through booking.com. I called repeatedly in advance of striving because I was getting emails that indicated there was going to be an error. This investment of ~45 minutes of my time accomplished nothing. When we arrived, the reservations were a mess. My family and I couldn’t get rooms, had to spend an eternity dealing with the staff to try and figure it out. To make matters worse they announced at the end of it they were going to charge me $10 per light per car for parking, they had just started this new policy the previous week. I’d made the reservations ($3200 no refundable) months in advance. No warning, they thought it perfectly acceptable to surprise me with $80-$100 fees on arrival. Had to sorbs an eternity on phone in ensuing weeks to claw that money back. No compensation or discount for any of this trouble. Outrageous.

We only stayed for two nights and did not eat or use any other services there!
One coffee cup in room for two people staying two nights. Left room early first morning and did not notice. Last morning there noticed the shortage as we packed to leave.

Management not catering to hockey teams like other local hotels do. It was almost like they didnt want us there. We will be staying somewhere else next time.

Enjoyed the pool but smaller than anticipated. Enjoyed breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Hair in the bathroom and restaurant (dinner) food was below average.

Layout/design of the room was clever
motor-like noise in wall never stopped; check in/out people had no name tag or hotel shirt/ID; disappointed with being charged for water - ESPECIALLY when you think of how many Hilton hotels there are across the country and that they buy in bulk.

it’s a lovely place in a quiet location in the middle of an office development - yet very close to a Whole Foods, several craft breweries and restaurants.
The staff, front desk and bartender, were terrific. VERY professional.
The a/c + heating system was a bit insensitive. The room was too warm, then chilly for a short spell, then too warm - restarting the cycle.
