OK.

Location was good.

Shower water temperature control valve - is not working properly. Water comes extremely hot, steaming hot when still on cold setting (just slightly moved to run the water) - possible burn risk!

Wouldn’t stay there again

It took a long time for the water to get hot , our room was only clean once and that was because I call the front desk on the 3 rd day asking why my room wasn’t service by housekeeping .

My husband & I enjoyed our stay and would return

Little difficult getting in & out /so much traffic But, very convenient… close to everything we wanted to do.

The phone by the bed kept making sound … had to place it in floor as far away from bed as possible

The reception area is nice and updated.

Room was not what we expected. Bathroom shower water drained too slow causing us to stand in ankle deep water while showing. Room service did not properly stock room, neither did they clean room on Saturday. Requested maintenance for the tube, never showed up. Overall, we were not pleased with this location.

Superb

The location was good for our purposes. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom facilities were good, but we thought we needed to lay a towel down on the shower because the floor surface was somewhat slippery.

Breakfast was a confusing issue for us. We stayed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights, and we thought a free breakfast was included, but we were told that we had to pay for us. Saturday morning we went elsewhere. Sunday I chose to eat at the hotel, but my wife decided not to try it. I still thought you had to pay for the meal, but a guest said it was included in our motel bill. Eventually, I did not have to shell out more money, but my wife didn't have the opportunity. We knew that no breakfast was available on Monday morning. The pool was not open due to renovations.

room was hard to keep temperature regulated. the hot water took a minute to warm up.

comfort of the bed- comfort of using the TV- cleanliness of the room- (everything smelt of Bleach) which is a good sign of disinfection; supplies of the shampoo/conditioner/lotion/

There was NO continental breakfast; nothing was offered; just coffee; and when I asked if there was a continental breakfast, they said they had a restaurant; I had no idea on WHERE it was: WHAT time it opened: or any information. Did not like the loose dogs in the hallway. Did not like when you can hear people talking and arguing from midnight to 3am- Alarm clock in room is broken (plug was all distorted)

They need to get their messaging straight.

I liked the temperature control. The bed was comfortable. The shower had good pressure. The free coffee was good.

I was told by the staff that there would be a complimentary breakfast and there was not breakfast, complimentary or otherwise. The doors are really loud. I can hear when people close the bathroom doors in other rooms.

Couldn't get hot water in the sink and only warm water in the shower. Could have done without the people in the next room making a porno all night.

Well located for a visit to Vassar College. Big beds that were generally comfortable. Nice view of a river from the window. I would use this hotel again if the price was better than other ones nearby.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke. We were not aware that room cleaning would not take place. This was only a minor annoyance once we figured it out.
