Decent room for the money.

The room was very clean, particularly for a smoking room.

Lack of towels, the bathroom light/fan was so loud you could not keep a conversation going, and there were not enough towels.

It's decent enough for the money. And very clean.

The room was exceptionally clean for a smoking room. There was no trace, like tacky surfaces and just a moderate odor of smoke in the room. As a smoker who travels frequently, this room was maintained well. However, there were no blankets, just the bedspread, which is a bit unhygienic in general. The office staff were pleasant and accommodating.

There were no toiletries other than tiny bars of soap. The bare minimum amount of towels. Not enough for 2 people for 2 showers. We had to hang dry the towels to use again in the morning. The recessed lighting was so bright, I thought I would get a suntan. There were no dimmer switches in the room.

We got less than we expected.

There was no breakfast. Linen -sheets were clean and white. Shower curtain clean.

Siink - hair from shaving under lip of sink, shower floor sticky and long black hairs. Floor - some small pieces of debris and sticky. Mirror has spots on it. Refrigerator - dust n the cabinet of the refrigerator Wall by Bath - had drips of something on it. Pillow cases - Gray and some dark spots on two of three. Office - first appearances count; needs an update

Worst place I’ve ever stayed at

Nothing, the entire stay was a disappointment. I reserved the smoking king room, never got a king bed, they tried 4 different rooms, each one was dirty and disgusting. I eventually just gave up and stayed because there are no refunds, and the old woman told me to stop complaining, I said I’m the customer I’m allowed to complain if I’m not happy. Don’t stay here

Everything. The carpets were filthy, not vacuumed, the mattress were all stained, the sheets were dirty, the place is falling apart. This place absolutely sucks in every way, please DON’T stay there.

Disappointing

I pay for a king bed room and I got a full bed instead. But I was already tired and it was raining and we already had problems getting to first room because the key was not working to open the door. But still they charge me as I would had the bigger room

for a couple hours to get things done its worth it

it was in a nice area. not too many people and it was quiet

the lady in the front gave me a hard time lol i couldnt even understand her or really hear her over the glass. i had to literally lean all the way in to try to understand her . she seems like a nice lady but maybe someone else more capable should be doing the front desk job. and it was dusty inside and seemed a little dirty.

The price

We couldn't sleep whom ever was in room 209 over our heads stomped across the floor for almost 4 hours .

Staff was accommodating and most of the room was clean with the exception of the bathroom. I'd stay there again. You get what you pay for.

The room wasn't as clean as you would like or expect. The shower was still dirty and I actually had to clean it myself to feel it was clean enough to use. The bedding was actually very clean so I can't complain too much. All in all it was ok for the money.

It was fine

I was called to work at 11:15. I asked the manager if I could get half of my money back. He informed me he would not be doing that and proceeded to hang up the phone on me.

Nice size bed. The a.c worked

Could have had some optional adult videos. More towels. Could use a little update.
