Large, clean room. Large and comfortable bed. Close distance to the national park. It was not cheap but for Estes Park this is a good value
This is more a motel than a resort according to me, do not be fooled by the photos on booking. Extremely bad sound insulation: we woke up during the night by our upstairs neighbor(s) walking for 1+ hour in their room, in the end we got up and had a very early breakfast.. same problem with the cars parked in front of our room, we could hear the car doors closing. Finally be aware that, at night, you can see through the tainted windows!!

Nicky's staff were the best I've ever had the pleasure to work with, Ben and Beth are honestly my favorite hotel staff ever. Nice rooms cool location
Ending the wonderful stay and having to continue on

The view from our room was fabulous! Also loved the quiet, the sound of the creek all night. Location is great.
Vertical blinds in the room were half broken and didn't function well. Need to be replaced. Bed linens are also old and a little funky.

Location, location, location!
This is not a resort! It’s a motel. The lady at the desk was nice and very helpful but the whole description on line is not accurate. The carpet was so dirty and the mattress sunk to the middle.

The room was very nice, felt very homey and had a good cozy vibe to it.
The shower didn’t drain properly

This lodging has "Dirty Dancing" vibes which was cool. The room was spacious and comfortable, decorated in mountain cabin decor. The bed was a bit softer than we were used to but we slept like logs while we were there. We enjoyed dinner one night at The Wapiti which is practically on the premises so no driving that night.
The vertical blinds on the sliding door were not completely opaque so the room would get light early in the morning. Reading lights were not very bright.

nice view, location was good, room was comfortable.
there was no one to check me in on arrival, nor the next evening when we returned to the motel after a day in the national park. had to finish the stay by phone on the road 3 hours after we left. NOT good.

No breakfast but we always like staying at Niki's especially off season when it's cheaper!
They need to check the heater. It kept going on and off and husband had to fiddle around with it several times.

Fireplace was nice, and can imagine in the summer it would be a nice economical hotel.
The room was extremely old and smelled like smoke. It didn't seem super clean and felt a bit like a dive hotel. The tv cut in and out. Also, we weren't aware that the restaurant is closed during the winter, which wasn't mentioned anywhere. Also the individual who checked us in was not very personable.

Location was great, room was comfortable and cute.
We had the noisiest family staying above us, we could literally hear everything. It was terrible. My suggestion would be to stay on the top floor.

Location
There was no coffee put in room which was not good. When I went to lobby, it was locked and no number was available where I could call and ask for some.
