Bait and switch

Location was convenient. Staff/ host was nice. Ac worked very well. Hot water was available.

The room we got was overtaken by cigarette smell. If I didn't drop the ball in booking late, I'd never had stayed there. Everything in sight was dirty; floors, walls, counters, furnishings, shower, sink. Lights above the sink didn't work either. The bed sheets were stained. The shower head was in, ill repair. Other patrons were super sketchy. Very nefarious looking characters. Literally everywhere you looked was dirty and broken is some way. I was shocked and appalled.

Convinient and good value.

The location has easy access and plenty of food places to choose from. Shopping is convenient. Size of room is good and well appointed.

Missing a hand towel, Iron and toilet paper holder. The room overall had a couple of missing tile pieces and a bit of paint overspray on the valence.

Size of room. Well furnished. Good lighting. A/C worked well.

Noisy bed. Pile of trash bags 3 feet from door being dropped down from up stairs at 6am. Cars in parking lot with loud music late at night. Loitering people outside rooms at late hours.

The room was more compact but clean and orderly. Everything was in working order.

Hole in bedspread. Door lock that sometimes was difficult to open because it neither open if turned up or down.

Housekeeping is deteriorating.

Water pressure of shower. Spaciousness of room.

A pillow case was dirty and bed linens were not clean. Lacked a foot towel and 1 hand towel. The ironing board was set up as someone had just used it.

spacious room and comfortable bed.

Stains on sofa and chair. Bathroom door veneer damaged and ceiling around exhaust fan hanging down. Smell of pot coming other rooms.

Great location and value but.

My request for a downstairs room was honored. Spacious room. The vanity was not inside bathroom.

Bed was old and noisy. I piece of furniture had uphostery staples sticking out. Sofas needed to be cleaned. Electrical outlets are all in need of repair as GFCI is only 1 I could use to charge phone. This is my 4th or 5th stay and still no towels or toilet tissue are brought unless I ask in person. I was jacuzzi water did not work but hole in side panel was a surprise. Floor installation is an issue for this hotel.

The room I had with the spa tub the spa tub was leaking, I was accommodated and moved to another room the spa tub was much nicer. The bed was not comfortable
