Great value and quiet location.

Wish there was breakfast, but location to the VA is only 7 minutes. It's quiet and only 1 story, so no one can be heard walking or having sex on an upper floor.

Update on the lamps to have more outlets or usb plugs for chargers. I have to bring a cpap machine and plus my phone in and can't do it near each other with the outlets available to me.

It‘s so much more convienent to stay in a non-chain Motel.

Privately owned and personal style, very relaxed, nice garden and pool. Very friendly stuff.

Took me sum effort with support of booking.com to get an invoice from property for my prepaid booking.

I highly recommend this jewel if you are staying in Palo Alto, looking for an affordable yet truly nice hotel.

All the amenities, and I mean all, clean room, lovely setting, great pool, and extras you don’t usually expect for this price point! We had a great night’s rest in a quiet, clean hotel with a little breakfast treat of fruit, pastries and coffee available in the office.

The bed was a little too soft, but we are use to a firmer mattress.

Pretty pricey and it's one of the cheaper options in the area. The bed frame and mattress could benefit from being replaced by a newer ones.

Great stay, convenient, comfortable, reasonable price for the neighborhood.

The size of the room is very spacious. We got a king bed in the corner of the property. They provided us a crib and clean sheets for our baby.

The bed feels like it could use replacing soon!

Great place, convenient to Stanford campus.

We called ahead requesting a one hour later check out in order to accommodate moving into our graduate student housing on the Stanford campus. Hotel was booked the next day so we were told that couldn't be accommodated. Suggest some sort of plan to make that kind of occasional request possible.

Cute, quaint and thoughtful

Super cute room and property. Loved all the thoughtful details that the owners put into the place. We came for a concert but wished we could have spent a little more time at our room, and enjoying the grounds. Nice looking pool and relaxing shady visiting areas outside. We loved the bonus of a full size kitchen. Perfect for families or a couple friends on a trip.

Lovely stay

Great location and friendly staff, our room was spacious and very clean, the beds were very comfortable, overall our stay was perfect. We will be back!

Liked this place a lot. Will definitely use it again when staying in Palo Alto.

Facility was perfectly clean. Grounds were immaculate. Nice sitting area around the very nice swimming pool. Excellent A/C. Very nice staff. Quiet.

TV was difficult to operate. Couldn't figure out how to get the picture to be full screen (a bunch of menu choices filled the right side) on this already a little bit small TV. Included breakfast was not very good.

Lovely inn at a reasonable price.

This is one of the nicest motels I have stayed. The kitchen was great and also their complimentary breakfast. We needed to use a roll away bed so my daughter could have her own bed and they had it ready for us upon check-in. Pool was very nice too.
