Do not use Hampton inn in West Pasco OR USA

Cleaness : When I enter, I found dirty bed cover. I requested to change the room or clean again. But the staff said room were fully booked and no staff to clean. Just refund the pet fee. There was no way to cancel because when I check near hotel there was no rooms. I disappointed Hilton's policy and customer service.

Overall, a decent place to stay.

Complimentary WiFi was bad, did not connect for more than 5 min. Pool was like a sauna, not good.

All in all was a nice place to stay

Location was close to family. Really liked the fresh fruit at breakfast and the trays to carry your food. Also like there was water available at breakfast too.

Wish the fridge had a separate freezer had ice packs that didnt stay frozen and shower door was hard to open over mat so the floor would get a little wet if not careful.

It was fine for the night.

The breakfast was good, but please start considering an alternative meat source, like turkey bacon or turkey sausage, because more and more people are eating healthier sources of meats. Thanks.

Room was okay, but the fan in the bathroom was broken, so that wasn't pleasant.

Check cleanliness of room and upkeep soon as you get there.

Great location right on road 68 with easy access to everything. Breakfast was good.

Went to take a shower and soon as the shower curtain was pulled back a bunch of loose hairs and pubic hairs fell into the bathtub. The flooring in the room is also not tacked down and in the center of the floor where the pieces meet. The pieces were sticking up quite a bit and was stepped on in the middle of the night and scratched the top/side of foot causing a little bleed. Not what is expected of a Hilton property.

Convenient Affordable location with breakfast

Convenient location to the Hapo Center with a awesome gathering area for lounging and eating breakfast (potatoes were our favorite)

While having a sliding barn style bathroom door makes the bath feel much larger it compromises privacy. Everyone would leave the room and go to lobby area if someone needed to use the bathroom

My stay was nice.

I liked the property as a whole. it was bright, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the continental breakfast.

We didn’t like not having regular house keeping as we stayed for two nights and needed more towels.

Great place to stay right off the highway near all the restaurants.

The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The property is clean and the room was comfortable.

I had no complaints but my kids mentioned the swimming pool was too cold.

Exceptional

The most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. Breakfast was delicuous and had so much variety.... my daughters especially loved the mini waffles. My kids enjoyed the pool area and hot tub.

The only thing I didn't like was the drive to the pool everyday. I'm not very good at driving through tricities, so getting to the pool multiple times a day was overwhelming but that really has nothing to do with the hotel its self.

dissatisfaction, disappointing, I will never recommend this Hampton location.

only the location to the area we were driving too. I picked location of the hotel, Hampton had nothing to with it.

my room had garbage in it from a previous person staying, my tv didn’t work. I had multiple employees work on it with no success. I let the front desk know and they responded with a “sorry”. I stayed two nights without tv. main commodities in a stay is cleanliness and a working television. I got neither.
