The breakfast was awesome! The staff was exceptional! It was in very close proximity to the family member we came to visit. I would stay there again.
I would have liked firmer pillows and a little firmer mattress.

We didn’t get any cleaning services our entire stay. We travel a lot and have never experienced this.

The location is very good for those with work or events near Roseville (NE Metro). Generally, the rooms were comfortable and the little kitchenette in the room was useful.
The lobby area is dominated by 24-hour streaming of infomercials and the breakfast, while welcome, is not of particularly high quality. The 'home-like' aspects of the room are mediocre - things like blankets, etc. are packed away in drawers; kitchen tools are okay but far from great, countertop is minimal. Value for money was okay but not high.

Great location and the size of the room was great. We liked the bathroom with the walk in shower.
The bathroom could have been a little bit cleaner. Found dark black hair on the floor.

Location is good, close to places to eat and shop. The staff is friendly and competent and the facility is well maintained. On the Sunday I checked out the hotel had many guests with kids playing hockey, they started breakfast service early that day because there was a game just after 8 so the girls playing got to get breakfast first. Kudos to the staff for going the extra mile.
The only thing I noticed was one of the elevators made strange noises, so, nothing important. They even patched some cracked cement outside while I was staying, and it was done well.

Sponge and dish soap. Large refrigerator/freezer. Shaving shelf in shower. Allowed a late check out, although I think I ended being out of my room by 11.
They ran out of the bottled water in the lobby by my 2nd afternoon.

Lady at the front desk gave my room away to the person checking in before me who happened to have the same last name. Ummm you asked for MY ID, no first name? It was taken care of, but the front desk was not made aware that I requested and confirmed late check out, so neither was housekeeping. She knocked on the door, I told her to come back please. She said it’s check out. I told her I requested late check out, and she mumbled something which I could not understand, however, her tone would indicate that she was upset and being rude. That’s enough for me. Holiday Inn Express here I come!

They have great coffee in the lobby. Roseville is close to friends and family. Came down to the cities to drop off some items for repair or servicing. I brought some Oriental rugs down for cleaning at the American Rug Laundry on Lake St, Mpls. The nearest rug laundry outside of Mpls is in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I did a lot of shopping, eating out and enjoying company of old friends.
Parking lot could have been plowed better. Couldn't find a spot in the lot for one of the nights. Parked in nearby hotel's lot. There were spaces but they weren't wide enough for a passenger car. If the two outer cars were a foot further to the outer edge, a third car could have parked between them . It was very cold and in all fairness you couldn
't see the markings for the spaces.

Great to have Saline water clean pool as well as the cozy gym on site. Free bottles of water & unlimited coffee by the lobby were a nice touch! We also appreciated a little living room area along with a kitchen equipped with Dishwasher, Refrigerator and Microwave. Perfect for an extended stay since Walmart & Aldi are a shot walk away and you can make small meals at your room.
Breakfast can get a bit chaotic and didn’t have a plant milk option for cereal(maybe they do, but we didn’t ask). But, they do include it for the stay.. so I can’t complain!

Thanks for the EV charging!! Nice room, well appointed if nothing special. Appreciate real plates, cups, utensils for breakfast dining in, keeping waste to a minimum! Similarly, choice of courtesy bottled water or dispenser for refilling my own bottle. Breakfast area was carefully monitored and maintained by a dedicated staffer: he deserves a pat on the back. Food offerings are unremarkable but adequate.
Desk staff were very friendly and accommodating, but when I specifically asked for a room as far as possible from the elevators, for quiet, I was assigned to the room closest to the elevators. Really? They made it alright and checked up to make sure I was satisfied, but that shouldn't have been necessary after I specifically asked...

Room was nice.
The staff at the front counter was not very friendly. Did not provide information that we needed to know. He was not friendly. We showed up after 11pm to check in. We sent our teenage son in to grab us a trolly for our bags. The staff member just looked at him and didn’t bother letting him in. we asked for cleaning services and that was not provided which left ended up creating bins full of garbage in our room.

Love this hotel. I always try to stay here if it’s an option.
The price. I felt I should have been able to get a suite apartment for the price I paid.

I mistakenly thought there was a hot tub or jacuzzi. Unfortunately, there was not.
