the room smelled musty but the tried to cover it up with a bleach smell, shower stall had mold in the track, very dingy, and to top it off had to leave 2 days early for a family emergency, and the property would not refund me

The motel was an excellent stop on our vacation travels.

I totally respect the no smoking policy and that they were able to accommodate us in a room where my husband could go short distance outside to smoke!

The room was a little small, but comfortable!

I personally would not stay at this hotel, due to the fact of the hot tub and the cooling down in the room

Clean close to my golf outing. The lady that checked me in on Saturday night was very professional and very nice

1. The hot tub was cold and the Jets barely worked. This was the number one reason why I run in this hotel and I was very disappointed in that because I needed that for medical reasons. 2. I cannot get the room to cool down so sleeping was very difficult. I was sweating a lot. 3. And the gentleman that checked me out was opposite of the lady that checked me in.

That I booked a hotel with breakfast and there is none It’s disappointing because there are other places cheaper with better rates but having breakfast in the hotel is more convenient and becomes a disappointment Also the fee should be adjusted accordingly and the offer removed from the site

Other than that, staff were very nice and friendly. Rooms just need an upgrade and thoroughly cleaned.

It was very close to the freeway exit and entrance and to the facility that held the event we attended. Staff were very friendly and I loved the free water.

Tiny cockroaches were on the wall, stains on the bed skirts, floor were sticky which made my feet dirty and very very foul smell that I could smell the moment we entered the room. Sheets did not smell like clean washed laundry.

That booking put that they still had/serve breakfast and they do not anymore.

Very disappointing.

We’ve stayed at this property several times before. The location is great, the pool is nice and the parking is spacious.

The general comfort of the facility has dropped significantly. There’s no more breakfast (which used to be very nice), there were so many smokers in the front that the smell wafted into the halls and rooms, the ac unit in our room was in such bad condition that there was a moldy smell, the carpet was sticky, etc. it was not comfortable at all. We left after one night. As well they put a hold on our card beyond the room charge even though we had paid in advance. Won’t ever stay there again!

Rude and Cut off

The pool

The morning desk clerk was very rude, not welcoming at all. The afternoon desk clerk was very nice. Upon checking out the male employee, I was not sure if he worked in laundry or maintenance, but he was on the elevator with my daughter and I, we had our hands full with luggage. As we went to exit the elevator, he cut in front of my daughter very rudely. The coffee machine in our room was dirty with a white residue all in side of it, so we could not use it. The water pressure in the shower was not great.

Room charge for safe, even though not used, is unnecessary.

People go around with dogs without a leash. It doesn't seem like they clean up the toilet very often. And there was a dead cockroach on the counter.

We needed a place to stay while moving. Glad we picked this hotel. We would stay again if needed.

Clean, comfy beds, friendly staff. Especially the afternoon desk clerk that checked us in. I think her name is Amanda. Excellent service, helpful, friendly, courteous. Very nice hotel.

I was charged $6 per day for use of safe that i did not use and have not yet received a refund at check out i was told i get the refund when the manager arrived its been 3 days no refund i am about to call now to speak with manager
