Great property in lovely town

Great location, outstanding view from balcony. Very welcoming hosts. Use of main kitchen if wanted. Edmonds is a very charming town and everywhere is immaculate.

Where Art Thou Pablo?

Very comfortable. Thank you so much for creating a lovely stay.

Didn't get to meet the famed Pablo, maybe next time. :) The light from the garage is a little bright, but not a big deal.

Quiet area and lovely hosts

Beautiful quiet area. Lovely home and funny dog! The bedroom was lovely and welcoming. Bed was very comfortable and just a beautiful relaxing time. Sophie greeted me when I came in. Showed me to my room and where my bathroom was, and provided me with a welcome sheet explaining a few things. I met Pedro later on and we chatted for a short time. I came back quite late and the home was easy for me to access. When I got up in the morning pedro made me a coffee and I sat on the deck and relaxed. Lovely people. I really enjoyed my time with them. Felt like visting a friend! Grazie Mille 😁

The only drawback was I forgot my charging block and they didn’t have any outlets or electronics with the plug necessary.not thwre fault, clearly mine!!! Just a comment!

Convenient, comfortable and relaxing.

The owners (and their dog Benjy) were very welcoming and friendly. The house and gardens are beautiful.

We have no negatives. Even the weather was good!

Plenty of privacy from host, Spectacular view, and very comfortable room made for an enjoyable stay!

Comfort of the room and bed. View of the Puget Sound is beautiful! Location in a special neighborhood.

Clear direction on where to find security key pad to exit the property is needed. A step stool in the bathroom would be helpful to reach the higher than average sink.

Great location and great hosts, I look forward to returning.

Great location and great hosts. The home is in a very beautiful waterfront city in a quiet subdivision. We enjoyed walking around the downtown and Marina area. Great restaurants downtown.

I wish the private bathroom was inside the bedroom instead of just down the hall.

Overnight in Edmonds

The hosts are very nice, friendly people who are willing to help out any way possible. Bed was very comfortable, although duvet was very thick and was too warm for our liking. Close to Edmonds bay areas!

We were lead to believe this was a separate area attached to the main house however it is actually a bedroom within their home. Bathroom was just a few steps from bedroom yet you still had to go into the home area where hosts live. Felt awkward to us.

I hope to return to their bed and breakfast in the near future.

The owners are lovely people. Pedro and Sophie were warm and gracious hosts. They offered to help with my luggage and were genuinely helpful with directions to locations around Edmonds.

Honestly I can't think of anything missing from my visit.

We were disappointed.

The bed was comfortable and the TV worked fine.

We didn’t realize it was a shared space in someone’s home. Many of the amenities were as advertised but unfortunately described the common areas. Nothing against the host. Once we checked in, he left us alone and was nice. We were very uncomfortable because we missed the info in the description about sharing. Even though the hosts stayed in their bedroom at the end of the hall with the door closed, it felt awkward and uncomfortable to come out of our room to go to the bathroom next to our bedroom. The blinds in the bedroom were dusty and one was missing a control piece at the top. . Too much stuff on countertop in bathroom left little counter space for our toiletries.

We didn’t realize that the room was within the hosts home and didn’t have a private entrance. The bath was private and just down the hall, but not in-suite so felt a bit awkward as we didn’t realize the room was within the hosts home.

That bathroom was private but separate from the room, prefer it in room, otherwise great water pressure and heat.

The area was great , if we decided to stay longer, it would be a different accommodation.

The room was good although the lock was not functioning properly, the bed was comfortable and the location was OK. Need a receipt for the stay.

Google searched on B and B which included breakfast and other amenities. There was no host. Despite the rainy weather, the advertised amenities were not usable.

Wasn’t what we expected

Homey but classy, cozy but luxurious.

Super clean, large bedroom, house itself has beautiful view, lovely grounds, nice interior decor in common areas - family room, dining room, kitchen. Quiet. hosts friendly but not intrusive, supportive and kind.

I cannot think of anything I would change ... it's nicer than my own home.

Sweet!

Pedro and Sophie were very gracious . The kitchen was convenient and well stocked. The room was more that adequate. The bathroom was next door and was we'll stocked. Beautiful home and grounds!!

No screens on bedroom windows. Bedroom and bathroom door were noisy.

We ate out

The Hosts , Pedro and Sophie welcomed us into their home. Showed us around and told us that, this was our home to to use the living room and kitchen. We had complete privicy and slept well.

A peaceful oasis!

The atmosphere was wonderful. It felt like home away from home. The value and quality we received exceeded our expectations. I would recommend this property to anyone and we are looking forward to staying there again in the future.

Exceptional

The hosts, Sophie and Pedro, were very friendly and helpful. Often asked if we wanted anything. They brought us a bunch of fresh plums from their garden. They were sensitive to giving us as much privacy as we wanted. Their home is beautiful and we spent a few hours in their living room, reading and enjoying the views of Peugeot Sound. Oh, yes, the bed was very comfortable.

Although the bathroom is right outside the bedroom door, it is not en Suite. Just a small inconvenience to make sure we were properly clothed 😁 before going to the bathroom.
