Wonderful Staff!!!

We loved the staff, the location, breakfast and happy hour! My only complaint would be the shower could use a little TLC. Other than that this was a wonderful stay.

The stay was nice, the breakfast food was horrible!!

The property was very nice

The breakfast was horrible. It was NOT good! The waffles were so hard you could not cut them or eat them, the eggs were cold and some of the bacon was not done. I probably won’t stay here again unless they do something about the breakfast, MORE options to choose from. The Element is adjacent to one of THE most expensive hotels around and the breakfast was horrible…

Overall my stay was decent.

I enjoy the atmosphere of Element, it was very quiet during slumbering hours, the room was neat and tidy.

I disliked the customer service on this visit, associates weren’t as welcoming and warming as usual.

My stay was horrible I won't be back!!

It was clean

I got in from the HC game and only wanted to take a hot shower. The water was Luke warm. I called downstairs it took maintenance 30 plus minutes to come then he came stood in the shower turned it on (I had just cut it off when he knocked it had already been running for 30 minutes) & he told me to run the sink water and see if that helped. He then proceeded to tell me there wasn't a way he could fix it, and that everyone must be taking a shower at the same time but for me to let the shower and sink water continue to run and to give him a minute and he would come back. 30 minutes past & I noticed he hadn't returned and called the front desk only for them to tell me he had left for the night and there was nothing they could do. I asked for a manager the lady told me I would have to wait until in the morning. Mind you it's now almost 1 am and I'm going back and forth with them on how unprofessional this is and for a hotel of this caliber not to have hot water is ridiculous. It was after going back and forth for almost 2 hours that the lady said with an attitude she could move us. I was so irritated bc it was late and I was tired and just hung up. I started looking for hotels but everything was booked. I got up this morning to shower around 9 am and still the same thing water was still Luke warm! I stayed in the Westin side last year and did not have that problem. I feel like I was brushed off last night and they didn't really care. I paid $334 for the room and was given or will be given half back. I honestly wanted all of my money back bc on top of the water not working the bed wasn't comfortable and the pillows were so flat I might as well not have had one! I'm irritated just typing this out all over again! I had the worst experience!

It checked my boxes for a quick getaway in a nice room with good food and a pool!

We enjoyed the view of the pond and carousel. The pool/patio was nice especially first thing in the quiet morning. Crystal was very welcoming as we checked in and Jeff was accommodating during my swim while he was tending to patio maintenance. My companion said the breakfast buffet was really good, too.

The edge of the bed frame was rough on the legs.

I love everything about the Element! The suite was spacious and very comfortable.

My only concern was that it took a long time to get someone on the line to order room service. It didn’t take long to place my order or receive my food but it did take a while to actually get someone on the line.

Get the KING SUITE!!!!

I got us the King Suite and man that room was out of this world. The bathroom was breathtaking. The comfort the bed provided was amazing and being so high up the view was very nice it looked over all the other buildings so just saw skyline and stars!!!!

The view was amazing.

We were charged twice. Once by booking.com and by then by hotel, when we placed the credit card on file for any damages. There was no damages charged, just the charge of the stay on each card.

We had such a lovely time!

Great location but for the price they should offer some room amenities like clean towels delivered.

The location was perfect. The room was huge.

No oven in kitchen, the coffee pot was inadequate, the towels were not replaced. The pool was under repair. The prices in cafe were high and the menu was brief.
