Don't make your dog stay here.

Location was okay, but not the best neighborhood.

Sink leaked, no housekeeping in a month long stay, complained that the room was messy when I checked out, refused a delivery àfter accepting one, and tried to keep my security deposit.

When my husband and I pulled in we immediately were like NO WAY are we staying there. There were prostitutes standing on the balcony, there were clear drug transactions being done outside the facility and it absolutely looked trashy. It was very disappointing because we had to find another motel on very short notice

awful. the owner or check in lady was very rude, the room only had one towel for two people (charges for extra) and the

nothing. the tub had gross scum and the water does not get hot

they asked for a 25$ deposit at check in but then don’t give it back to you and want to charge 5$ for an extra room key

Not much.. the staff is nosy and came in my room by using their key without my permission. Between the lack of privacy and the dirty room it wasn't relaxing.

Everything except the price and you definitely get what you pay for I should have paid the extra literally a few dollars to go to a neighboring Motel that had good reviews because I found some great stuff compared to this

I would not recommend this place for anybody not even my worst enemy.

The location was great.

The staff come into our room without permission or any notification at all. The company also told me my card was declined so i paid cash and later on I found out that my card was not declined so i had to request a refund that took 7 to 10 days. The staff will problay be looking at a law suit in the near future,

Only spa room is next to a guy who lives there and is always drunk he screamed and yelled and threatened me all night left notes on my vehicle said he would burn my car down and ultimately when I didn't back down the stafg called the cops instead of helping and ultimately told me just to do what he told me to do and to leave him alone because he was crazy....he just continued until 5:00 a.m. anyway. Yelling racial slurs at the black people in other rooms and talking about the government and all kinds of nonsense

This motel will never get my recommendation ever

Nothing but the location

Quality of room bed was a full not king that we paid for... Pillows were flat and hard as rocks... Towels were stained... There was a fake eyelash stuck to the headboard when we arrived in our room.... The room was spacious but very very empty... none of amenities where actually included...no Wi-Fi no phone in rooms no hotel shampoo or anything... They didn't speak English there were people fighting and screaming and when I called office she yelled at me said she called cops already and hung up but no cops showed up... I left early this morning... When I complained she refused to give discount or refund of any of the price or fix issues in anyway

Like sleeping in a cheap old smoke-filled cantina

It was affortable consodering the other places were more expensive

None of the rooms are non smoking and they reek heavily of smoke. It was a disgusting night breathing in a room deprived of sxygen and filled with tobacco odor, and since there are no refunds I had to stay.

budget motel you get what you pay for but the hot tub really makes things better.

hot tub in room and the water was always hot.

run down and not very clean. the sheets and cover were stained up and filthy.

I booked the room for a family member that had surgery and needed a place to heal for a few days before he continued his journey. With limited funds this location was what I thought a good option. Sadly, it's extremely run down, and if i had to bet my life, I'm 100% confident that if this place was inspected and there were specific requirements related to coding standards they would be fined. It's a place for people struggling, homeless, transitioning from hard times which is great, however, the amount they charge for a location poorly maintained externally and internally is simply not fair for people in need. That is 💯 thier population. I do applaud and truly appreciate them for giving people a place to stay but they are taking advantage of these people and very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to a stray dog.

the sofa was only two separate Computer Chairs, there was no second room just a small alcove where the sink was. the tv remote didn’t work properly. and room was dirty upon arrival. microwave was extremely dirty as if it had never been cleaned and had no glass plate, rendering the microwave unusable

It was quite n in very back.

The bed was dirty like someone had been in it. The room stunk. There was flies in our room. The TV channels was froze n the freezer was also froze over bad.

The room wa nasty I could not turn on the air conditioner because it was just nasty and full of dirt and filthy and no filters spider webs with live spider just nasty Flys every were keep coming in my room

Was not a good stay at all. Highly disappointed.

No breakfast. Wasn't really satisfied at all.

Pillows were disgusting looks like they haven't been changed out or cleaned in years. Room smelled terrible. Spa tub was disgusting and they charged for everything. the bed was caved in the middle and floors were sticky and nasty.
