Great family getaway townhouse!

Great location. Townhouse was comfortable for my large family (8). Walking distance to beach and pool. Awesome patio facing the canal. Perfect for bbq and relaxing. Downstairs had master suite and upstairs had 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Upstairs room had plenty of room for pack n play setup. Large living room and formal dining room. Plenty of parking.

Ice maker was not working so we had to go get ice for drinks. If you want an umbrella you have to rent it with the chairs on the beach. Lots of construction in the area but it did not wake us.

It was spread out nicely

We were unable to have hot water in the master bedroom shower tried on multiple occasions, the 2nd room upstairs never cooled off and stayed hot with the plug in air conditioning. Another issue we had we never could find the beach until the night before and we left the following hours in the morning. Map was giving to us and everything was highlighted except for the beach. Lots of wasted hours going to the beach away from townhouse 4-3 very disappointed.

Qe were very unhappy about the warm bedroom in 90+ degree heat.

The location was great. It was in walking distance to the beach.

I called reached out repeatedly about the air not working properly in one of the guest rooms and was told someone would be by to fix the problem and also deliver fans. Someone came by to fix the air but the room still was warm and we never got any fans. So we were very dissatisfied!!!

Could’ve Been Better!

The Location!

We didn’t like that the plumbing wasn’t made aware of before we arrived, the downstairs bathroom was nasty and had horrible foul smell, and bugs in the shower! The fridge smelled like leftover fish! The beds were not comfortable, one of the upstairs rooms didn’t really have ac blowing just a fan that really worked! AND THE FACT THAT WE FOUND A PILL ON THE FLOOR UNDER THE BOTTOM STAIRS, THAT WAS NOT OURS! I PICKED IT UP RIGHT BEFORE MY 16 MONTH OLD DAUGHTER GOT TO IT, NO TELLING WHAT WOULD HAVE HAPPENED IF SHE DID! The place definitely wasn’t child friendly!

I couldn’t have found a better place to stay. Customer service is A+.

The office stayed in touch with me from the time of booking and throughout my stay to answer questions or inform me about important information. If I was experiencing a problem or had question about anything, someone was always available with answers via phone. Then, they added a BIG surprise by popping up at the door bearing gifts to help make my special occasion more rememberable. We were able to do everything that was planned for this visit.

There was a little confusion at the checkpoint upon arrival because I was assuming that a packet with all of my housing assignment information would be at the entry point. When I gave my name the person giving the parking tags didn’t have my housing information and I was almost given the wrong unit until I searched my emails and gave them my unit number.

Great location but, unpleasant stay

Loved the location near the beach and kitchen stocked with cooking utensils and available washer/dryer so we could leave with all clothes & towels washed.

It was really hot in the 2 bedrooms upstairs! First night was miserable after driving all day only to arrive with fussy kids and sleep with no AC upstairs. We finally spoke with someone to send out a repair guy that ended up telling us there was nothing they could do since the AC was wired to just cool the downstairs section alone. When we called again the next morning, we were told we’d get a couple of portable AC’s delivered for upstairs bedrooms but, they arrived saying they only had one available and we needed to leave bedroom doors open to assist with cooling down. The whole night the vent line kept disconnecting and had to be taped over and over. Needless to say, we were still hot and it never cooled off the 2 upstairs bedrooms. We would have enjoyed this stay so much more had the AC worked as expected for what we paid on this vacation stay.

Pleasant

I liked that each bedroom had a full bathroom right in it or outside of it. I also liked that the third bedroom had two separate beds in it. The restaurants on both sides were very good.

The price was way too high. The listing states steps from the beach, a customer service rep told me about 100 steps from the beach. It would turn out to be several thousand steps! You can definitely find a place right on the beach cheaper than this. Water runs out the shower doors at the bottom, hinges were torn off the screen doors, screens to the sliders were just sitting there off the tracks, the toilet ran if you didn't jiggle the handle, there was no pillow cases for the extra pillows and the 2 on each bed were horrible quality. The beds in the rooms with just one bed were advertised as kings, but the one in the downstairs was a very uncomfortable queen. And you may as well forget about the gifts of free tickets to places and free dvd rentals because we couldn't ever get our "access card" for those! The listing definitely needs to be changed to be more upfront about the distance to the beach because I wouldn't have booked.
