Breakfast was okay. Nice trail right next door
Very shabby, especially the bathroom, nowhere to dry towels...no fresh dry towels next day. Mouldy too and a mouse trap on the floor. Flooring old and torn. Room not cleaned. Fridge old and so noisy all night.

it's very cozy, simple place. It's great to do some hikes, also walking distance to downtown. Don't expect anything fancy, but it attended all my needs. Staff friendly and breakfast was good.
4.3
The staff is very helpful and nice. They are accommodating to a person's needs. Both my dog and I thoroughly enjoyed it here. The location is great. Doesn't have the "hustle and bustle" of central Boulder, yet it's not far from places to eat and shop. My dog and I both liked the location. Just as the name of the motel, "Foot of the Mountain," it is literally at the foot of the mountain. There's a park nearby that's good for both people and dogs.
I will definitely recommend this motel to someone staying in Boulder.

So cute! Pretty flowers everywhere, cute chairs and picnic table, helpful staff, good breakfast options, beautiful area, comfy bed
The room & bathroom were small, but fine for a short stay.

It’s a great retro place, lots of attention to detail, great location next to Eden Fine park, the river and walking distance to Pearl Street. Beds comfy. Great area out back where you can BBQ or just sit and watch the rabbits. The breakfast was good and the staff very helpful and friendly. We’ll stay again.

fantastic location in walking distance to town, beautifully tucked away. Staff was super helpful.
A little old style motel

Adorable location close to the creek trail. The place is super cute and comfy. Staff super nice. Good breakfast! I’ll be back.
The walls are thin between the rooms and you can hear the road close-by (it is not disturbing but you do not have the silence of the nature)
4.3
Location friendliness of staff. Coffee!!!
Smell of room was a little off.
4.3
Very cute location, no frills but comfortable. Friendly staff, easy parking. Right across the street from a small riverfront park. Easy bike ride into town along the bike path.

Classic Boulder kitsch. Not many left!
Owners have done a nice job updating, while still remaining a little rustic.

The location was awesome. It was within walking distance of Pearl street via a Greenway by the river. Yet great views of the mountains. Breakfast was nice. Rooms are old but charming and clean. If you are looking for Rustic charm in a great location and tranquil. Fun outdoor seating.
It is old but could be cleaned a little better.
4.3
It’s a cute, rustic motel with a vintage feel,
walking distance to Pearl Street restaurants etc.
Bed wasn’t particularly comfortable, room was very dark not much lighting

the place is beautiful . closed to downtown and it doesn’t feel like a motel. atmosphere .I was very skeptical to stay in a MOTEL ti be honest never did it before but this place took me for a surprise. I felt I was in a tiny cabin.
the bathroom curtain was dirty. some of the employees were not as friendly. the breakfast room sofas were dirty and the staff fold all the linens while we were sitting there. the staff need some
better customers service.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating

Spacious, staff were helpful, breakfast was quite decent for the price, board games were provided, hot water was good. When we explained to the staff that one member of our party would be starting on a second night, they kept her in the suite room for the same cost as a single queen room.
The room has bed bugs. Gluten free options at breakfast ran out. Bedroom was too bright.
4.3
at the foot of the mountain and close to all hiking, scenic drive and access to the Rocky Mountain.
No access to hot tub

Great location and comfort: very quiet and private; the bed was firm and comfortable; the unit was spacious and clean; hot tub was a bonus!
The coffee and continental-plus breakfast were quite good: bread/toast/bagel, PB and J, cream cheese; packaged muffins; hot and cold cereal, fresh fruit, several fruit juices, hard boiled eggs.
not a high priority for me and not a surprise but: he décor and kitchen appliances were dated (some rust in the corner of the fridge); the shower was very small, but functional (good hot water and pressure); some minor maintenance needed (the folding door to the bathroom didn't work properly)

the property was unique and full of charm
not a thing. it was fantastic. the rooms and shower were small but more than adequate. I will DEFINITELY stay here again

Coffee was very good and the variety of fresh food perfect! I especially appreciated the offer of plant based milk alternatives without sugar! And the cabins are very cosy and authentic.
The canyon road is a bit loud sometimes and you can hear your neighbours through the Bath room - but this is only a minor issue.

great funky vibe, amazing location
room could’ve been cleaner

Beautiful views of the mountains, rustic charm from the wood cabins
Due to a mix up between the staff as to who would be on site, the reception building was locked one morning and consequently there was no breakfast for anyone, which was disappointing as it was included in the price. Cabins felt a little basic, notably the bathroom. Somewhat out of town (20 minute walk along the creek - beautiful during the day)
