It was perfect for what we needed.

Location was right where we needed to be for the following day. Great options around and close to the interstate.

Little bit of road noise in our room during the night, but overall a great place.

Confirmed reservation was not honored although we had our confirmation number. Booking.com did nada

Everything. We were kept waiting in the lobby one and half hours. Desk agent Nigeria tried everything she could to help . The manager was worthless. Was told the same situation happened day before with reservations thru Booking.com. We were offered a room at a much higher rate. We refused. We are seniors 75 + and been driving for seven hours. We were tired and hungry and it was now dark outside. After one a half hours of waiting we left. Hampton Inn should have honored our reservation but they didn’t. If there is a problem with Booking.com fix it.

Not worth $260/night.

Walking distance to Lakepoint Sports Complex. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot.

Room floor was not clean. Dirt looked like it was swept in the cracks. After my room was taken by someone else after mobile check in, I was instructed to contact the front desk about my room. Lady on the phone was rude and couldn’t guarantee I would even get a room.

Location was great. Breakfast was okay.

We had no paper products, tissues or toilet paper, and no shampoo. Also, hair dryer did not work so by the time it was swapped out we were ready to go. No time to dry dry/style hair.

Lovely staff in a well placed spot by Lake point recreational activities

The staff was cheerful and helpful. The room was nice - decent sized and a dressing room/bathroom area that was well thought out. Only issue and it was annoying was that it seemed like there was a romper room above us. I don't know if it was the occupants or thin insulation. They were noisy from 8-11pm then up (ie woke all of us ) at 6:45am.

The noise from above. It sounded like stomping on the floor back and forth for several hours at night and the same racket the next morning.

Location good, room very nice and comfortable

We were traveling and got off the freeway to find food when we saw the hotel and decided to stop for the night. We were very pleased with the hotel and all.

we asked several times for our bathroom door to fixed and it was not done. so a family of four had no bathroom privacy.
