A top-notch hotel with high-end amenities, great food and superb location.

The hotel is one of the best we have stayed at in our travels over the past 18 years. One would think it was just built... come to find out it was built in 2017! Cleanliness was remarkable, breakfast was exquisite, and the staff were responsive and accommodating. The gym was GREAT. The rooms were so very well appointed, and the decor was splendid. The value for money spent was top notch.

Not bad, but a little overpriced for what I expected.

The property was up-to-date and appeared fairly well maintained. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, which I appreciated considering my husband and I checked in very late at night after a long day. The breakfast was solid and had plenty of variety.

I wish the room my husband and I stayed in was a little bit cleaner, especially in the bathroom. There was some grime in the shower and around the sink that looked like it had not been cleaned very thoroughly.

It was fair. The location was good, the room fine. However, the room HVAC did not work well.

Nice room. Very nice bathroom. Good sized room. The location was good. Really nice free breakfast. Very nice and helpful staff.

Very poor HVAC system. The room was cold, very slow to warm up. The blanket/ comforter was thin and did not keep us warm. The clock radio kept making funny noises.

The room was adequate, but not as clean as it should have been,. Hint, we check behind the matrress.

The bathroom was grimy around the floorboards. Bed not properly cleaned.

Mediocre buffet. Food largely tasteless. Keep food warmer and make more flavorful. Provide better healthy food options. Vegan would be nice. Roomnot as clean as it should have been, not a good value for the cost. Hint, we check behind the mattress.

Won’t stay there again

Nothing!!! It isn’t the best location and the parking was horrible, no entrance or exits in the back of the building where the majority of the parking was at so if you didn’t get a parking spot up front you had to walk all the alway around the building to get in the front door which is a long walk around. Housekeeping wasn’t the best either, they did give us enough towels wash clothes for two people not toilet paper. No ice machine to be found.

Great place to stay

Very nice, clean, spacious. Was allowed to check in early and was so appreciative. In the morning the breakfast staff, especially the more refined lady with glasses was such a pleasure. Very kind, attentive, and didn't mind my grandson following her around asking questions 😀

Never had the chance to use or see the restaurant or pool. Hopefully the reception lady will be more inviting, she wasn't a very happy person.

Double check reservations

It was nice and clean.

Was supposed to have 2 queens and handicap access but said king studio instead and no assistance was provided. Asked for sheets and pillows for pull out bed and never got them. Our window view was a graveyard. So disappointing but would be great for able-bodied couple.

Quick one night trip for osu orientation. Staff was very attentive and facilities very clean.

Lots of room and amenities of home.

The hallways were super cold to the point of uncomfortable. The room temperature was good but fluctuated throughout the night between too hot to too cold. I think the thermostat is motion sensing so shuts off when no movement detected but then we would wake up sweating!

Had a great experience there.....once. Each time I've been back since it's got worse and worse. Last time they overbooked and tried to move me to Fairfield inn, this time the first room was disgusting and had a view of an AC unit. They moved me to a second room, this one had lights left on, urine all around the toilet and floor and pubes on the shower floor. They moved me to a 3rd room, this one was cleaner but not by much. Could still tell cleaning was half assed. All around disappointment. NOT what a Marriott is supposed to be. My next hotel will likely be a different brand.
