I've already given a response but have not received a reply so I'll reply again. Shower very dangerous. No safety mat in the floor of the shower or hand rails. It rained every day we were there and water ran off the roof onto the 2 steps getting onto the porch. My wife and I are in our 70s and/or 80s and carrying luggage up wet steps with rain running on your head from the roof. Also 1/3 of road leading to the cabin had caved in making it dangerous on a rain slick road.

Not worth it, nothing works as advertised

Nice view.

Very little seems to be put back into the cabin, needs updating. Items like soaps, tissue, and paper towels were extremely cheap and only provided one of each. Fireplace didn’t work and we weren’t informed until we reached out to property owner. We were also instructed by email to purchase firewood when the fireplace was gas, so we wasted that money on top of not being able to use it. Both hot tubs malfunctioned, the one inside had no working jets and the one outside only had one. Owner offered to send out maintenance but we declined because who wants to deal with people fixing things while you’re trying to relax on vacation?! This should have been checked and cleared prior to accepting our money. To sum it all up it wasn’t worth the price when the amenities advertised aren’t available for use. Very misleading.

A great cabin--private and clean

Cabin was very clean and cute! We loved our stay and plan to make it a yearly trip.

Maybe better sign at property. Once you find, is easy but first time we had to turn around and go back

Overall, our stay was not bad, but the water heater issue needs to be addressed and check-in time needs to be way earlie

Clean and good location

This cabin needs a bigger water heater. We were not able to use the bathtub at all because you can only fill it up a quarter of the way before the water runs cold. Check in and check out times are absolutely ridiculous. It seriously doesn’t make sense that you can’t check in until 5 PM but you have to check out by 10 AM.

We loved the cabin and location but didn’t feel very safe between the door and the centipedes.

The location of the cabin and the view was awesome!

The front door lock broke the first day. A guy came and looked at it but it was never repaired. The back door to the deck was standing open when we got there so we were a little nervous if someone was there or might come back if they might have broken in. There were also several centipedes that we found crawling around! One fell from the ceiling onto my sister!

Everything was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful! We loved staying here and will definitely stay here again in the future!

Relaxing but needs updating and a thoroughly cleaned inside and out.

location was good, we saw our first black bear since coming down to the smokies for 15yrs. not having to wash linens or clean before departure was a plus. The bed was super comfy.

wasn’t clean (spider webs in easy to reach areas) dirt built up in corners of the floors, blinds dirty and not functional. Selection of dishes and bowls were mismatched. 8 or more mismatched plates and 3 bowls, utensils were mismatched. Bathroom vanity was built for short people and the sink was in need of replacement. The charcoal grill was functional, but not ideal since it was not covered. A propane grill on the porch would be the best solution especially with inclement weather. Hot tub only had a few working jets and very inconvenient to remove and replace cover.

Overall a great stay. Chance to relax and just kick back in a quiet environment.

Privacy. Enjoyed the hot tub. King size bed was a big plus. Beautiful view from the balcony out back.

The kitchen needs some help. The overhead light is way dim. And the light over the stove does not work at all--hard to use the stove with little visibility.

Pleasant

The couch and bed were both terrible. Both very uncomfortable and the pillows in bedroom were very awful. The lights on back deck did not work and ceiling fan in bedroom was making a noise

The coziness was awesome. However, the couch seemed to be old, stained, and smelly. I understand the purpose of the vintage couch, but replacing it would be nice. Or, for sanitary purposes maybe a leather couch can be wiped down and sanitized.

A great place to stay, would stay here again.

Hen house was very cute and a great place to stay. 15 min max from everything to do in pigeon forge and a great view. The hot tub was great too. The hosts were very helpful and easy to get in touch with.

Overall the house was pretty clean but it could use a deep clean, mainly dusting.

It was pretty outside

Bed was Terrible with a capital T. Hot tub was more like a whirlpool with some streams working properly. No Jets. No gas for fire place the entire stay. You'd think at a rate of 1200 for 4days they could have comfortable bed at least.

wasn’t as clean as it was before. blankets for the sofa bed was full of dead bugs. shower had mold and mildew and on the curtain. dusty also in spots.

Good

It was private. It was nice having a washer and dryer and keeping up on laundry. It wasn’t a hassle getting into our cabin, we didn’t have to wait in any lines or go someone before hand before checking in or checking out. It made it nice. They folded the towels all fancy and cute too.

The hot tub jets weren’t strong, you could barley feel them. The road going up to the cabin was very rough, a lot of shaking and bouncing, and myself being pregnant it wasn’t the most comfortable. The pull out couch was very worn, and the blanket left had holes and human hair globs all over it. The king size bed was also very worn and loud with any movement. The shower curtain had mold on it.

we were on a motorcycle so the drive was really hard with the inclines and hair pin turns.

Beautiful sunsets

It was a clean, peaceful setting. The back porch provided the most beautiful sunsets.

We used the pullout couch, had to clean the mattress cover as it was very crumby. But, really not a big deal.

Great Cabin for a Getaway for a couple.

Nice location to get to Parkway in Pigeon Forge. Cabin was nice with good view. Staff was great. Wr will definitely be back.

Passable

Master bed was very hard. The floors were dirty. The hot tub had dirty water when the jets were turned on. The dishes were dirty. Had to wash dishes before we could use them. The shower curtain was too short. Water all over the floor when you showered. 1 roll of TP given for 4 people.
