Cigarrete smell everywhere

I reserve a non-smoking room because we had an infant with us and the room smelt alot like cigarettes and all of the 3 rooms were like that.

Don't slow down speed by fast

Location: I didn't see any roaches, mice, or bedbugs the microwave and the refrigerator worked

You get what you pay for is an under statement. The owner of this place should be a shame to have an establishment this run down and still have people coming here. When I stepped in the elevator, I knew I had made a mistake. The curtains the chair have holes the bathtub looks so bad I didn't dare use it. Big cracks in the door holes in the wall in the bathroom the towels looked like it never seen bleach. Outlets looked so bad I was scared to plug in my charger.The room has a smell. I was on the 2nd floor every time I walked to the bathroom, I thought I was going to end up on the 1st floor. Small 32 inch TV on the wallI. I sprayed so much lysol on everything, I think some still in my nose. I would not stay there again even if it was free.

Horrible will never stay again

I didn’t like anything bout it there where roach everywhere in one room a few in the other one we got moved to and we left and check out early

Nasty and the office person told us we brought roaches after calling to get a different room! Rooms stink just nasty all th way around and office guy was not very pleasant and seem like we where bothering him from looking at the Camaras like a creepy person

I didnt go because i saw that the hotel has roaches and ut loomed really bad i called days before i travelled to cancel but you guys refused to refund me you guys are terrible how you guys put such a bad hotel on your website and you refuse to refund people

the staff could use a lesson in customer service 101.

when i reach the location so very late due to an accident on the way there. I spoke to the front desk and ask for change of date and they were very uncaring and mean to me. They seem to not care whatso ever about my situation.

The front desks attitude and response wasn't welcoming or friendly at all.

room service knocking on my door when I had a do not disturb sign up my door had it there for a reason I was completely tired after a long drive they try telling me at first when I got there the system was down it really wasn’t he lied after I already booked my room it was jst horrible

Definitely will be staying in something so much better next time

The wifi sucked wouldn’t stay connected! I drove in from out of town & had to wait 3 hrs until 3 to check in when it was time to check in the guy tried to say his system was down! The hair dryer was broke tub was disgusting towels were dirty & the tv speakers sounded like water was in them! 1/10 Do Not recommend…The 1 is for the good cooling ac

Place was an absolute dump and management completely ignored me the whole stay.

Literally nothing.

This place was absolutely disgusting. There were cigarette burns in my blanket, blood stains on the sheets, holes in the wall covered by duct tape, and in the three days and two nights we were there no room service came by to clean whatsoever.

I had asked for a room downstairs when making the reservations, because we are handicap, we can't walk much or carry much, when we arrive, the manager gave us a room upstairs..I told him I had asked for a room downstairs, he said, No, No Upstairs..even tho they had an elevator, we had to carry out things and still walk a ways to the room..not staying there, ever again...😕

There were roaches in my room. Cigarette burns in the blankets. The man who worked at the front office was really rude. People upstairs was noisy couldn't sleep and the AC was so loud also.
