We had a blast!

Everything was great! Our kids loved it. We were cozy! We felt safe. We enjoyed our stay.

Pool wasn’t warm even though it was indoors.

The property was nice

I did not like the fact that we had to pay $75 for our pet that’s a ridiculous amount especially when we weee told it was for a cleaning fee… the rooms were not that clean to begin with

Could have been better service from front desk.

Location

Couldn't sign in to wifi. Which is important when doing a long road trip. Clerk was polite but had no clue how to resolve the sign in problem. I requested a room discount since they could not provide the advertised free wifi. I was told she would have to check with her manager. Which most likely means nothing will change in my favor. We have stayed in Hilton properties often and never had a problem with the WiFi before.

It was close to the University of the reasons we stayed there

The hotel needs updating a lot! The light on the microwave do not work.Hard to see to cook. The bedding was weird. It had a bed skit as a sheet! The lady that checked us in asked if we ever stayed there before and I said yes, she said, never mind I don’t have to tell you about the breakfast or any other things at the hotel. It been a while since we stayed. Don’t think we will be staying there again. It wasn’t like it used to be.

Great breakfast, lots to choose from. Shree at front desk went out of her way to help me. Exceptional employee.

No body wash in dispenser in the bathroom.

We had reservations for a queen double bed and when we went to check in they said they only had a King with a couch bed available but they had given me a discount. We had 4 people and the two that slept on the couch bed their backs were hurting it was miserable.

It was very cold in our room and we couldn’t find a way to turn the air down by the window or adjust the thermostat.
