Didn't have breakfast nor any other meals on site. The spaciousness of the rooms. The comfort of the beds. The overall cleanliness. Staff was very helpful at the reception.
Didn't like the fact that I would of had to pay an extra $30 USD per person (group of 5) to go swimming for an hour....

The facilities were beautiful, the staff seemed happy, the scenery and area were nice, and the apartment itself was roomy and nice.
When I rented the place, it listed the pool and other amenities. When we asked about the pool, they said it would be 90 bucks a day per adult and 70 bucks a day per child to use the pool. Paying over 300 bucks just to swim is ridiculous, and the listing should have explained that before we rented it.

We loved the location and enjoyed the balcony off the apartment.
We enjoyed our stay and had no negative experience.

I loved that it was a very home-like feeling
I wished we had a better view of the mountains instead of just the other nearby buildings

The staff was friendly and the location was great.
The unit was dirty (dirty shower, stains on the bed). I was not happy that a $50 resort fee was charged to my card without any knowledge. I asked if there would be additional fees and was told no. We did not use any of the resort amenities and should not have been charged.

Loved the location and easy access to amenities. Everyone was so friendly during our stay
Wish the couch and bed pillows were more comfortable

Great location. The condo was very nice.
When I booked the condo one of the amenities was a pool, however there was no indication that in order to use one of the pool complexes you needed to be a Wyndham owner. Non owners were charged a daily amount of over $400.00 for a family of 4 to use the pool facilities-not acceptable. Just about everything was an extra charge. Will not book at Wyndham again

Great location and very well maintained.
I had fond memories of the 1990’s. Decor was a bit dated.

The staff were very friendly and easy to approach. The condo was well laid out. there was a shuttle that ran from the condos to the base.
The condo was at the top and my civic made it up only with some very dangerous driving. It was mud season and filled with potholes. It was bad driving. I’ve heard from others that there will be a resort fee charged to my card that is not mentioned anywhere on the listing.

The space was large and excellent for family with full size kitchen and living room and bedroom. The property was well maintained.
Because of weather many of the events were canceled. Pool was closed on Saturday. The roads on property were very muddy so unless you have AWD ..... Also dining was very busy. Need reservations every place.

Spectacular except for MUD SEASON and no Concrete anywhere to be found.

The friendliness of the staff, all of the amenities, housing, village center, skiing, etc. I fell in love with Smuggler's Notch! I can't wait to come back! But it took 4 planes to get there from where we live in South Texas. The fireworks on Christmas eve, the reindeer, santa, all of the activities for kids was so awesome!
The trip time it took to get there. It took a full day and 4 flights. Also, what wasn't disclosed when we booked the condo was that the amenities weren't included to us without purchasing daycation passes and all the passes were sold out. But we were able to purchase two tickets one evening for our kids. But that information should have been stated when we booked through the site.

It has a kitchen with toast, cooking wares, and a living room which were all nice. The apartment also has a balcony. It's cozy to say in the vacation village
An incorrect address was provided from Booking which caused hours to figure out. The resort phone provided from Booking was not responsive which was very frustrated with the incorrect address. We finally found the right address after doing tons of researches but the reception area was hiding in the middle of this village and all signs were small and covered with snow so we couldn't see where to check in for a long time and there wasn't much light on. It was a hassle and exhausting to find this place. more bad things happened: there was no heat on the first night during our stay and the temperature was 28ºF outside. It was freezing. The washing machine in our condo apartment was broken. The hairdryer was not working properly, we turned them on high for 1 min then they got stopped. On our second day morning, someone knocked our door saying they got assigned this apartment. What a mess. The fireplace was broken which was fine as we didn't use it. This place needs an upgrade. and you get what you paid for.
