It was okay. Probably won’t be back.

Convenient location. Starbucks & food on site.

The refrigerator was TERRIBLE. It leaked and there were no shelves in the door so we lost a lot of storage space. 2 (not even full) rolls of toilet paper for 6 people. Tried to give my daughter a bath - no drain plugs. Parking was a NIGHTMARE. We had to pay $40 per vehicle to search and search and search for a spot and then hike a full mile to get back to the room. We had a handicapped person with us and the whopping 12 handicap parking places that they had were always full. If we are going to pay that much for parking (PS I have never paid for parking at any other place in PCB) then we should have reserved spaces. Pools were PACKED. We were told by someone at the pool that they weren’t even staying at the Majestic. They were from across the street and the Majestic allows them to use the pool. That place is busy enough without allowing that. What’s the point of enforcing arm bands if you’re going to give them to people who aren’t staying there anyway??

I will never stay in a unit ran by Vacasa again.

The location was the best.

Unit needs a serious update. Two of the three TVs did not work, mattresses need replacing, dresser drawers broken, carpet is old, bathrooms need updating, fan in small bedroom rocked and was hitting the fan blades, bedroom windows need blackout curtains due to light outside of unit, toliet was running the entire time, kitchen cabinet door was broken, ice maker did not work.

The location and resort really made our trip. Our particular condominium wasn’t great.

Location, close enough to fun but not in the crazy crazy part! Really enjoyed all the amenities the resort had to offer!

The elevators. They were hot and stagnant. No airflow at all. Our particular unit had lots of issues I already addressed in another survey.

It was right on the beach which was great! It was fun!

The smoke detectors kept going off and we couldn’t find any workers to help. The office was closed and the janitors barely knew English. The security office was closed so we had to call and find them. They only gave us two rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom and we had 6 people there for a week. We also only got one trash bag for the whole time. The elevators were always so packed and you had to wait forever on them. You couldn’t park on level 3 which made it inconvenient too.

Carpet is very dirty. Floors were dirty also. Utensils were useless. Too long handle. Not enough. No beach towels. Big tub had to be cleaned before we could use it. The door outside unit would shut, and we couldn't get back in. Dining table is very outdated.

Someone needs to really check the property and have a faster response when something like a lock is broken due to keypa

Very dirty. Had a to have additional cleaning. Still had a fowl smell we resolved ourself. The very first day we spent an hour locked out due to the codes not working on the keypad. Second day the key pad went entirely out so we missed a day at the beach because of this. We was not able to leave our room with no locks on the front door. Deadbolt was never fixed like it was supposed to be on Wednesday. We didn’t feel safe.

It was tolerable.

Having the beach right outside was the best.

When we got there our wristbands were not in the room. When we found a member of the hotel staff to ask about them their reply was contact the company you booked through and that if we get caught outside the room without them we would be put out of the hotel regardless of what paperwork we show. We called Vacasa around 5 pm and told them what was going on. They said they couldn’t contact anyone right then and they would put in a ticket. It took 3 more phone calls and also using the chat/text for us to finally receive our wristbands after 9pm. So we spent that whole evening in our room because you can’t use the pools or the hot tubs without a wristband and we were afraid to leave the room because we feared being put out of the hotel. Another incident happened on Friday where we were locked out of the room because we weren’t given all of the codes to the doors. The way our room was situated we had to go through a door just to get to our apartment door. When we got there Thursday the first door was left cracked open so we were able to go straight to our room door. On Friday when we were coming in from the beach that first door was closed and locked. Not sure if the people from the other room closed it or not but we couldn’t get in without a code and we didn’t have the code to that door. We had to call Vacasa again and stand outside until they could get us the correct code. We didn’t have to wait very long, but we should have been given all the entry codes at the beginning so we wouldn’t have had to wait at all. I also don’t like the fact that there is no concierge or staff onsite that can help with problems or concerns. It’s very frustrating to be told to call your booking agency. Majority of the problems can easily be solved in 5 minutes or less instead of having to wait hours for a solution.

A few physical drawbacks, but for the most part, a lovely and user-friendly condo at a great beach

The location was wonderful. The beach was wonderful. The pools were great. The kitchen appliances, washer and dryer were easy to use. The parking was convenient. We felt pretty safe, although there were a lot of sirens at night. The decor of the condo was attractive and uplifting. The view of the golf was stunning from our balcony. The price was reasonable.

…issues with pigeons. So at this condo there was a mother pigeon and 2 babies in the bottom corner of the balcony space. Next to them was a large plastic tote in which beach chairs and boogie boards were stored. Mother spends time sitting on a surface above all of this, so there was a lot of mess/bird poop on the tote; 1-2 weeks worth of excrement. The Vacasa personnel responded to our call and were able to clean it up during the first day; but are not allowed to Remove birds. We were still able to enjoy the table and chairs and most of the balcony space. Unable to use beach; because one was broken and the other was too small. so bring your own beach chairs. The resort charges way too much to use there Chaise/umbrellas at the beach; 55-65$ per day. Also, the bed was not real comfortable due to a real big dip in the mattress. The refrigerator hums as it is in need of some minor repair. Hopefully they will fix that so it doesn’t go out on the next client.!!

A trip I won’t ever forget.

Everything! The view was beautiful! Such a great place to stay and I hate I’ve got to go home.

Could have been a little more options for things to do but I’m not complaining.

Do not use Vacasa!

We love the Majestic towers location.

I do not like the room we've been given 3 times with the same door code! No patio furniture, nothing in the kitchen for storage or even dinners. No parking pass was left in the room. I spent over an hour chasing security to get one! I do not want to use vacasa again!

Close to everything. Restaurant in the hotel had good food options and drinks.

No front desk, Security people were helpful though. inside pool was being renovated so inconvenienced, but glad that is getting completed.

I would probably stay here again, possibly in a 3 bedroom next time

Location, pool, hot tub, game room, covered parking, convenience of jet ski rental right in front of building, security presence, luggage carts and loading area

No furniture on balcony, beach chair rental was expensive, no access to workout room. The workout room should not be advertised as part of the property if it is only available to owners. The game room was fun but it was a hassle to call security to check equipment in and out. We needed more instructions before arriving on how things were supposed to work with loading zone and parking, etc.

My stay was nice with my family but there was some hiccups and the view was pretty!!!

The cleanliness of the unit, the knowledge of the hosts about the resort, parking passes for the larger units only receiving one pass, more towels/washcloths and better up keep (cleaning of floors, furniture, appliances and entry door can be easily entered if you’re not careful

Location was perfect with perfect beautiful views of the ocean.

Ants were on one of the nightstands and the water temperature in the shower would go cold very quick. Sometimes wouldn’t get through a full shower without the water getting cold so whoever took a shower after the first person would have a cold shower

Check in was very congested. Some elevatorswere not working . Walking up 7 flights of stairs was hard with luggage and other supplies. Improvements in this area will help.

No TV or dresser drawers in bedroom, kitchen pantry door was locked so no place to store groceries, bathroom sink was stopped up and the only electrical outlet in restroom wasn’t working. Requested maintenance and no one called or showed up
