None breakfast, not wifi at all, everything dirty, the manager very rude I was smelling for him ( racist ) when I left the room to going to buy something in the farmacy I saw his wife inside the place what I'm renting, I don't know what she was looking for, she came inside the place what I'm renting without say that she coming in to remove and touching my stuff, I'm not happy with this place, thanks God I didn't lift money , I this place is very insecure.

I felt like I was staying g in a small cabin. It was very cute. Everything I would need was there.

Surprising little RV Resort with nice rentals for short getaways!

The size was perfect for me. It was very clean and comfortable. Location was great for going to the races at Sebring Raceway. Very quiet neighborhood.

Needs a grab bar in the shower for safety reasons. Also needs a mirror in the shower or over the sink for shaving. Front door was hard to open.

We had a very pleasant stay.

Woodys was very close to the home of the people we were visiting. It was a single family unit which was nicely quiet. The campsite is secure at night. You must have a code to enter. There is a diner just north of woodys that had good food reasonable prices. Sebring is about 5 minutes north on the highway.

Couldn’t find our unit because we didn’t know the numbers were painted on the street. Our flight was delayed many hours and it was dark when we arrived. We could only leave a message for hosts. Finally figured it out ourselves.

Not Woodys fault but I was driving a distance to my destination each day.

It was enjoyable, and we would come back again.

We didn't have the breakfast. I liked it because it was close to everything. The little house was very comfortable.

The TV shut off every afternoon, so when we came back we couldn't watch TV until about 5:30 - 6:00 before it would come back on.

WOODY'S--- Im--PECK--able Place.

Grounds Very Clean, Pool Very Nice BUT VERY " HOT" DECK..Laundry Clean. Roads well Kept, Very Quiet.

Be Careful Of What Unit You Receive. The one I had was Clean BUT VERY WORN. T V. Reception Was Just Awful for every Minute it would FREEZE. NO---- CNN, FOX, CBS, HLN, AMC, BUT The Stay There was very Comfortable .

It’s a no frills place to stay

It was cozy, it’s better for one person. The AC in the unit was my favorite thing then was the tv and third was the bed it was pretty comfy

The doors had problems locking, no it was not swelling of the wood. The shower was really small. I like to have some way to put my foot up and that is not available.

Perfectly perfect.

What a fantastic little place. We didn’t see much of the outside area but it looked nice. The trailer home we stayed in was delightful. It was the perfect spot for us to stay. Everything you could need (except food) was here to use. We also had a little leak from a window and the managements response was immediate. They fixed it right up from outside and it was done. We will be back to Woody’s RV Resort on our next trip here.

When we arrived the floor was dirty. One walk across the home left my feet black but we cleaned the floor and everything was perfect.

Nice but to small

It was nice

The tv sucked could hardly get any channels with the antenna. That needs to be set up different. Why no cable there was a dish right by our room.

Perfect except for wifi

All else was perfect. Room was clean though small but it had all I needed. Staff was freat and friendly. Place was clean and laundry facilities were really clean. Pool was clean but I never saw anyone in it for my two weeks. Price was great.

I was in 56A and the wifi was mostly unusable. I would have stayed another month but I must have usable reliable internet. Sadly theirs is not.

Recommended !! It's a little piece of paradise..,

It's a beautiful park and we love staying there, it's nice and quiet, people are respectful.. It's peaceful, and the staff is so friendly..

There is nothing not to like..

Tiny apartment

Location was ok. Having a large porch helped because the studio apartment was soooo small. Murphy bed took most of the space when down. Cleaning was not the best. Large cobweb over the cabinet. Crumbs in the big ugly seats. Lots of dead bugs near the outside light. Laundry room was big and clean. Never met any staff. Seems like a friendly community of snow birds.
