Perfect

The amazing location was perfect for our family of 6. It was far better than I expected, it was well stocked with everything I needed. Plenty of spare covers, games to play, great TV etc.

Heating was stuck on so got a bit warm at night but it was snowing outside so not such a problem.

Chairs in living room were not comfortable. The fan in the master bedroom did not work. Needed more laundry soap pods.

Location was good. Nice abd clean. Fully equipped. Perfect for us.

All the mattresses should be firmer. It was hard to find the building.

Cosy condo great for a family of 5.

clean, easy to access and close to town. Great place for a family of 5 to stay and enjoy a winter get away.

I would stay again. I recommend this property to others

Great location Easy to obtain keys and entry upon arrival Clean As pictured/described Nice to have access to washer and dryer Staff friendly with quick response time

Master bed not very comfortable but I was so tired from walking around all day I was able to get a full night sleep Only 2 large shower towels provided for 5 ppl on a 2 night stay Only 4 pillows for 5 ppl (extra pillows in closet but no extra pillow cases so I had to use Dad’s tshirt to cover it)

it was generally clean, comfortable and decently located.

With the nightly rate and fees It was very expensive and could’ve been a lot nicer for the price. For example there were several overhead lights that were missing their cubes and had bare bulbs. The bath towels were tiny, thin and rough. There were no coffee filters for the coffee pot and so we had to make a special trip out to get those when usually rentals include them. It felt very generic.

I would not stay here again… we have stayed at many Airbnb’s, but this one was pretty bad.

This unit needed some maintenance… broken window latch, broken window shades, fireplace didn’t work, light bulbs burned out, light fixtures either missing or broken, the living room furniture needed to be in better shape, and some of the pillows smelled like sweaty old man…and if they want us to start a load of laundry, they should provide some bleach. With COVID this should be your first line defense….

it was a nice, quiet location. it was close to town.

we didn't have enough washclothes and there wasn't any silverware in the condo. they had cheap toilet paper that felt like sandpaper.

I didn't like that the coffee maching was dirty, the tea pot missing knob to check if it was dirty or not. Also, dishwasher was filled with dirty dishes, plus main bed had dirty pillow cases.

Great value, close to town, quiet, clean, overall comfortableness of a small apartment with a little patio n bbq to use.

It did not have a complete kitchen(hodgepodge of very used cooking utensils), no extra blankets, pillows over worn, linen closet poor, screen less windows, non working fireplace-ceiling fans(broken light fixture), curtains looked hung straight from packages, bathroom curtains hung without care, refrigerator had no shelves even, door to washer/dryer broken.

Great location, walking distance to Leavenworth.

Frankly, we were disappointed in the level of cleanliness, especially in view of the COVID situation. The facilities were not very clean. We had to buy cleaning supplies and do it ourselves. Of course, I realize everyone as different standards. The floors were visibly unclean and you could feel the floor, a couple of hinges were loose causing a cabinet door to come halfway off (safety issue!), no shelves in the refrigerator, the electric fireplace did not work. I did call and register my concerns and they responded very well, sending someone over as soon as they could.

Plenty of room and a family area to share. Good location and conveniently near a gas station. Alot of dishes, cups and utensils included. WIFi was a plus. Netflix on tv was good.

The fan in the master bedroom did not work and seemed loose. Some dust bunnies in the master bedroom ceiling. Master bedroom bath, very small and cracking on the sides. The family room area fan light bulb cover was broken.

Nice space for our family. Great location.

We were looking forward a cozy fire, but could find no way to operate it. Also couldn’t find a way to contact property owners except email. Tried that with no response.
