We liked everything about the property. Deck at our condo was great cause it blocked the wind. Deck furniture was comfortable.
Living room furniture was uncomfortable in our condo. Would have been nice to have a small table and chairs on deck.
4.0
Beautiful property. Perfect weekend.
A few minor maintenance issues. Fire alarm inspection on my last morning which rushed my departure. Why not wait until after 10am check out time or provide warning?

The view was spectacular
Access to the beach was underwhelming.
4.5
The amenities of the condo/resort property.
Needed more bed coverings (blanket, duvets).

Location was great. The many pools and access to beach areas were wonderful. We loved also having a full kitchen including all the amenities you would need.
On the last day we were there, 4/15/22, there was no running water for the entire day, meaning we could not take showers, use any toilet on the entire property or even get water. We had to leave for the entire day because of this. It sounds like a water main burst at the condo, causing the entire property to lose water. It was especially hard managing that with my 3 year old daughter. I never heard back from anyone about any compensation for this after reporting it right away.

Everything! Great condo, amenities, activities for all ages and on the water.

We really enjoyed our stay and the view of the ocean was beautiful. It was nice and quiet and being the off season in Galveston I am sure had a major impact on that.
There was some damage on the walls of the unit, and some of the pots had rust on them that had to be cleaned but this did not affect our ability to relax and enjoy our get away.

Layout of condo
Bulldozer right in front of the deck of the condo we stayed in the entire stay

Location on beach is great and the pool is beautiful! Front desk staff very friendly. Nice fitness room. Unit well stocked.
Given a different unit than advertised- one that was listed cheaper than what we paid and didn’t have same amenities. No help from Vacasa to remedy. Game room - 3-4 of the games in poor repair and don’t work.

We greatly enjoyed the location, the pools, lazy river, and indoor pool.
There was quite a bit of work being performed around the facility that blocked us from using exits to the beach.

All the facilities were amazing

It was clean for the most part. You cannot access the beach easily. I wish they would place a walkway from the hotel to the beach. The swimming pool is very nice.
beach access is terrible

Loved the pool cleanliness, staff was polite, condo was in good condition. Bathroom showers had great pressure & hot water. More than enough towels. Kitchen was reasonably equipped. We brought our own pans because the ones there are expectedly cheap.
Pool needed more umbrellas & chairs. Chairs/umbrellas are held by towels day after day (overnight) which is difficult to obtain a chair & umbrella. Beach is a distance walk. The clothes washer needed to be cleaned. Smelled like mold.

The pool and facilities were great. Staff was friendly.
I didn’t like condo #613. The beds were not comfortable. The TVs didn’t work in either bedroom, which is a HUGE deal to me. I am unable to sleep without a TV on. We chose to leave early because the beds were uncomfortable and we didn’t sleep well at all.

This was my husbands 30 year retirement as a teacher coach and we had an amazing time!
It was all amazing!

the location, the pool, the city of Galveston. Good restaurants
room #405. The air filter was filthy. Requested a clean one, didn't change it for us till our last day there. And the one they brought was 4 inches too small. Shower head was moldy. Large pee stain on one of the beds. Dishwasher didn't work, ice box ice and water dispenser didn't work. said they couldn't look at them till the week after we left. Drain was missing in bathtub and two sinks, so couldn't take a bath, again they didn't want to take care of it. The shower curtain liner was on the outside. The screen going out to the patio was torn. The resort overall seemed Nice. Just don't rent out room #405

Lazy river
Bad internet and late checking and too early checkout. And I wanted to take my small dog but couldn’t. Also rather expensive.

Pool area and game room
Parking so far away

Nasty home, deteriorating in some locations in condo
3.5
The view was great! There was a parking lot directly in front of the property but the condo was on the 4th floor so it didn't detract too much from the view. It was about a 5-7 minute walk to the beach so not too bad unless you're taking a lot of stuff. The beds were really comfy, the linens were hotel-quality, and the room was very clean.
BEWARE the additional fees which totaled $1000 for a 3 night stay. Condo needs some TLC and minor maintenance for outdated decor and fresh paint. I also received no information about the facilities other than the address and how to check in, even after trying to contact them via email prior to my stay. The location is also a little farther away from activities and restaurants than I realized, and there is no beach directly in front of the property.
