Spotless room in excellent condition. Fantastic breakfast in a wonderful dining area that looked like more like a high-end bar lounge.
Had to unexpectedly pay for parking, but it was at least less than I would've expected to pay for the area.

Me gustó casi todo. La ubicación y la comodidad de la cama.
El desayuno repetitivo. Exceso de dulce y pocas opciones de proteína.

Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good!
My niece had hoped for a hot tub.

Property was beautiful, modern, clean and nice continental breakfast.
Shampoo and body wash were nearly empty upon checking in with 5 people (luckily we brought our own) and there was no bedding for the sofa pullout. We were able to get limited bedding after two calls the first night and never did receive the reminder after asking at the desk 3 times and asking the housekeepers.

Location, staff and amenities are top notch.
Cannot think of anything we didn't like.

The breakfast
The cost of the room fluctuated each day of my stay. Hotel manager Rashed Kanaan said there was nothing he could do about that. I'd have to call Booking.com

very nice and clean
the customer service was great but when there was a billing issue it was a tad bit confusing on both ends… didn’t listen to what I was trying to get across

The location was awesome, within a very short drive to great food spots. Kids loved the thrifting at the Goodwill nearby! The pool was a bit small but plenty of room for the hubby and son to splash around. The staff were exceptionally accommodating!
More gluten free breakfast items.

It was a modern clean hotel with a fantastic breakfast and a great location. Tons of restaurants within walking distance.

I liked the room size.
I liked the location.
Value for money was good, not high and not low, kind of correct pricing.
The Breakfast is not diversified, nor managed properly.
Not diversified, i.e., one had to ask what is pork and what is not pork. There were a few days that if a person doesnt eat pork, he only has eggs. There were no Halal nor Kosher food presented. There would always be something that is not available for a couple or more day, e.g. classic creamer. Even the powder cremer was not available at all. They have eggs in ice! as if it is there from two days ago.
There was a check (or attendant) that was regularly aggressive and obstructive to any request. E.g. I was standing asking her for a a couple of over easy eggs with cheese, her reply was kind of a deterring look "you will have to wait for at least 10 People before you" so I asked is that going to take long, and she said yes. I still told her I will wait, surprisingly it wasn't but 10 mins and was ready! as if she just didn't want to work.
Another time, same lady, standing with my two little girls, asked her for three omelets for me and the girls. instead of giving us three plates, she puts the three omelets in one plate!!!! As if it is normal, again as if she is trying not to work, or make less people come by this method of rudeness.
The same lady took the gingerbread houses inside so, i went right after her and there was another lady whom i asked if i can take on of the gingerbread houses to my kids to see, and she said they are there, but she will ask.
Came the rude lady again, and bluntly lied telling me that they were thrown into the garbage already (contradicting what the other attendant just said).
Enough said, a manager needs to keep an eye on those people.
last but not least, Normally, as a gold member, I would be giving a choice of something from the store or 500 points on my stays. This was totally ignored by the crew.

it was clean and quit
staff at front desk at night when we check in has attitude. House keeping open our door without knocking around 955am and telling us oh i thought your guys check out. Check out time not until 12noon.

Clean, convenient and well equipped room. We liked the healthy breakfast and we cooked in the room.
The sofa bed was too soft. It gave us a backache.
The other thing is about the billing. I booked the hotel stay with free cancellation on booking.com, but the hotel charged my credit card 3 weeks before I arrived.

We've stayed here before, it's a new property close to Redmond. Great facilities throughout. This time, the hotel refunded our stay because our flights were canceled due to hurricane, even though we had booked non-refundable fare. Thumbs up for great customer service!
Nothing to dislike.
