Good hotel, HORRIBLE breakfast

Big room and bed Clim is very noisy even while is turn off Good shower and bathroom Parking Near airport

Plastic, plastic everywhere shame on you in 2022. I've to take my plate and caterings from my room to avoid have a plastic caterings and plates! While everybody in the world try to make in better, no action are taken there! Even each pieces of fruit are wrapped in plastic, I've never seen that before. (don't say it covid, I've traveled in covid and never seen that) I'm vegetarian and the omelette had meat on it, no possibility to have one without so omelette are not fresh and a vegetarian omelette is a minimum! Put meat on the side!!

The staff and Location was amazing

The property looks like it had been remodeled and updated. Love the walk in shower.

The premade breakfast was not enough for the amount of people that joined in for breakfast

Hôtel pratique et bon rapport qualité prix

Hotel très pratique depuis l'aéroport avec un système de navettes bien organisé. Petit déjeuner varié et changeant d'un jour à l'autre. Cuisine dans la chambres pratique avc un bébé. Mise à disposition d'un lit bébé. Piscine très agréable en fin de journée.

Pas de navettes pour le centre ville, prévoir en moyenne 17$ de uber par trajet. Chambre un peu petite une fois le lit bébé mis en place.

Non existent!!!

I can’t tell you what I thought about the property because I never got there. We waited an hour and a half and never saw the shuttle. I called and called and called and call (you get the picture). I was put on hold every time when I finally got a person and got disconnected. He we had to take an Uber and then got dropped off at the wrong hotel, which wouldn’t have happened if we didn’t have to Uber! I chose this hotel because of the shuttle service. We had to pay for the other hotel we were dropped offed. My main complaint is that I got no help from customer service and it cost $150 more dollars because of it! So very disappointed!

Perfect for a night in Miami and staff super helpful

Breakfast was great and plenty of choice.

A bit disappointing about take away containers for breakfast and not reusable plates but you could be short staffed?

I wouldn't return

Location was nice

Staff- false hope and we still didn't get the room we paid for. Room- much smaller than what we paid for- only three towels and rags when it's four of us. No vent in the bathroom/toilet No free parking- this should be noted when booking; though we got parking as "compensation"

This place is like hell on earth

Nothing. Terrible terrible service

Arriving at this place was one of the worst experiences of my life. I had a booking at this hotel, which I had payed in advanced. When arrived at 1 in the morning Yahweh at the front desk told me with a huge smile that they had no rooms left, even tho I had already payed for my room in advanced. They never messaged me or called me to tell me this, even though I had messaged them a few hours before to ask them about the hotel shuttle. Yahweh was the rudest person I have encountered in my life. He not only laughed at the fact that I was left room-less at 1 in the morning with a crying baby, but when I asked if he could help me find another hotel, he told be there was nothing he could do. Just remembering the experience makes me want to throw up. To this date I have neighter received a refound for the room I didn’t stay at nor an apology/answer from the hotel for the messages I sent them through booking.com chat

Close to airport, but sloppy in communication.

Close to the airport, ideal for an overnight stop to catch a connecting flight. Comfortable bed, spacious shower and AC works well. The staff at the service desk was great.

My messages about the shuttle, days before arrival, we're not answered. On arrival I had no working phone and it was not clear how often the shuttle worked and where to get picked up. I once saw it and it went straight past me, so I took an expensive taxi. Upon arrival at the hotel, after 4pm, there were no rooms ready and I had to wait 30 minutes. These seem small things, but after a day of traveling, they become important.

Hôtel toujours à la hauteur de nos attentes

Le lieu , la navette et le personnel de l ACCUEUIL

Mon mari et moi avons décidé de prendre un verre au bar le soir de notre arrivée Mon mari demande à la serveuse quelles marques de bierres sont proposées Celle ci avait l air agacée et lui ouvre énervée les portes de son frigo et nous laisse en plan !!!! Donc mon mari a du se déplacer pour voir les bières dans le frigo Nous avons trouvé cette serveuse ( aux cheveux rouges)très mal élevée et mal aimable Il y avait un groupe de clients qui étaient servis avec le sourire Elle n’ a peut-être pas aimé nos têtes !! C est décevant d’ avoir de tels comportements car le reste du personnel est au top et ce depuis des années que nous nous rendons dans cet hôtel Malheureusement il y a des personnes qui n ‘ ont pas le bon poste

Jestem zadowolona z pobytu.

Wszystko było OK! Na śniadanie każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Pokój czysty, dobrze wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy, wygodne łóżka, czysta pościel i ręczniki. Dużym udogodnieniem jest transfer do/z lotniska. Personel bardzo miły, pomocny i uprzejmy. Dobry kontakt z hotelem jeszcze przed przyjazdem, na pytania szybko i rzeczowo odpowiadali.

The arrivals. - Long waiting time for the shuttle at the airport and way too over crowded. People were seated on other people laps!!! What if there was an accident??? - No one was at the front desk and we were at least 12 people waiting on line… I think the front desk attendant went looking for a package but could not find it.

Staff were very helpful when there was an issue with the room.

There was a problem with the shuttle bus that wasn't communicated, and the message on the hotel phone number about it was incorrect.

The breakfast was ample and good quality. The distance from the airport was perfect. The airport shuttle is an added advantage and very cooperative staff between reception and the taxi driver.

Maybe shuttle could run earlier since some flights are very early.

Not what I was promised

A Basic Bed

Advertised there was a shuttle. Waited for an hour and while calling nobody answered so I took a cab. Arrived to find the Bus 2 of them parked with excuses as to why they were not operational. Got to the room and remote did not work so calling again and once again nobody answers the phone.

Um dos melhores em Miami com certeza.

Café com creme oferecido gratuitamente na recepção 24h por dia foi um diferencial que me conquistou. Piscina boa, quartos amplos e com uma série de utensilio de cozinha que você não encontra em outros hotéis.

Academia faltam aparelhos. Ela é bem simples. Cafe da manhã vai ate as 9h, então acordem cedo. Localização é boa, mas como tudo em Miami, voce vai precisar de carro.

I would definitely stay here again!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good. The room was comfortable and perfect for us.

There was a $20 a night fee for parking. I was not aware of this, but I probably missed it when I signed.
