Overated but reasonably priced. Clean with friendly staff, subpar facilities.

The room was clean and the rooms are just ok. The matress is ok, 2 pillows but they were alright. The staff seemed quite nice. It was fairly affordable and the room was quiet.

Directly across from a beef processing plant so location is pretty bad. The shower didn't ever get really hot. Plastic still on the shades. Terrible glade plugin made the room smell awful. I unplugged it immediately and needed to air the room out with the door open for over an hour. Poor patches all around the shower and just generally low-quality amenities.

The bed was comfortable

Very dated. Location near stock trucks and overflowing dumpsters from restaurant next door. $15 additional charge for dog. Dog next door started barking at 4:15. Big patch on bathtub.

You get what you pay for! Not worth it!

There was no breakfast. I did not feel safe at this location.

The room was swarming with flies. There was a fly swatter in the room. It was disgusting. The tv didn't work. When I told the owner when I checked out, he said I should have called him, but none of the options worked and I was tired from a long day of driving. I parked in the lot in front of my room, and someone dinged my car and didn't leave a note. I now have a dented car to remind me of this unfortunate stay.

Comfortable room and bed.

The room was huge and had solid wood furniture in it. it was pretty quiet, though we did hear a little from the neighbors, but we were already up and about.

The air conditioner/heating unit needs to be taken out and then taken apart and cleaned. there was a sour smell coming from it but I adjusted the heat to a lower setting so it wouldn’t start up too often.

Nicely Kept, Modest Property

Friendly and very helpful service

Allowed people to stand outside like they were tailgating at a ball game drinking and talking till 11pm. A bit noisier than I would like, but the cost was reasonable and made up for it. A little further east of downtown and the action that I like. More industrial part of city.

Quiet and affordable. . . It's not the Ritz but it is clean and quiet . . . older facility but reasonably cared for

Wifi was sketchy . . . weak signal. FYI - the water faucets are hooked up backwards: meaning turn to cold if you want hot water

Very clean. Nice owners. Very good price. Easy to find.

Could hear upstairs neighbor walking around. I was near stairs. Road was noisy.
