très bel hôtel déco arty

la déco du lobby et des chambres très « art contemporain » , la piscine sur le toit. pdej ok, oranges fraîchement pressées.

bar et restaurant près de la piscine fermés en cette saison considérée comme basse ( août 22). Qualité du restaurant du RDC pas tip top.

Easy and relaxing from check-in- to check-out.

Professional and efficient staff, very positive interactions with each one...shuttle to airport with explanations by valet of wait-time, helpful and pleasant when my friends came by with car, etc. etc. etc--!

The music throughout the facility. Got to be an irritation after a few hours waiting for a friend downstairs or at pool. Would have preferred something 'softer.' But that's on me: my advanced age---

Absolutely fabulous!!!

This place is Modern, air conditioned an always super stylish!!

Maybe I thought this was a adults only hotel. Not the hotels fault, that’s on me. It was always full of adults and was calm and sophisticated and vibing. There were a lot of screaming kids there recently which might impact my future stays. Again, NOT the hotels fault, definitely my fault for not checking to ensure a relaxing stay in Palm Springs in the future..

Great location. We were visiting a friend who lives in PS so it was very convenient to spend time together. The rooftop pool and lounge were a real treat.

blackouts were not fully closing the window it was way too loud, they even had a sound machine built into the cabinet

Laughably bad.

Breakfasts was awful. Delivered in styrofoam. They were out of french toast and orange juice at 9:30.

They were out of blankets!! The throw rugs were frayed at the corners. There was no table in the suite, just a ridiculously tiny coffee table. Photo shows my husband trying to eat his breakfast at it. There was no closet…just 5 hooks. The phones were faulty and one lamp was dead. We paid $1800 for one night.
