The awning was reserved for our motorcycles.. and Mickey gave us a choice of rooms upon arrival…would recommend highly!

Clean inside and out! Rooms updated with microwave and fridge..perfect location.

It was a lovely stay.

Location was great. The remodel was nice.

We didn’t know that the breakfast was at a different location and with little kids it wasn’t ideal, but it was delicious food. The bathroom could us more hooks for storage.

Decent Stay in Ouray - Watch the beds though

The rooms were in great shape. Very clean and roomy. Some great views from the property.

The beds. Whatever those mattresses were are not comfortable. Woke up with back hurting in two spots. Seems like a pillow top that doesn’t adjust when you move so it leaves a deep valley that you can’t move out of. Was a little disappointed that this was a converted motel. The rooms are nice - but can’t say it matched the value. There aren’t many choices in town so hard to say how it compares.

Clean, comfortable and great location!

I loved our stay here. The location was perfect. You can walk around the town or the waterfall and it's with a reasonable distance. Super clean! Beds and pillows were very comfortable, and loved the the towel details. Our room was very spacious, perfect for our family. I definitely recommend this place. Our stay also included a complementary breakfast at a Mexican restaurant a few blocks down the road and they were also super nice and the food was delicious!

Exceptional

I was able to book this hotel last minute and I'm glad we did! The bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed. The coffee was surprisingly good too. Walkable location at the end of the town.

It’s located on Main Street and you can walk to almost everything.

The hotel doesn’t have enough parking. Every spot was full and we had to park across the street. I would recommend 1 assigned parking for each room.

Not a bad place to stay but expected more for the price paid.

The property has nice curb appeal. It is a nice location, close to most everything. The room was clean and nicely remodeled. I appreciate having two king beds as my children are adult size and they could comfortably share a bed.

I feel like the price was expensive. I checked in and wasn't made aware of any amenities such as ice or vending machines , laundry. I took my mother who is a senior, and the steep stairs were a bit tricky. We were assigned an upstairs room. I think the website should be more clear on the fact there is no elevator for the second floor. The tall King size bed was also difficult for her to get on. Parking was tight. We came back to the room after dinner and squeezed into a spot. Folded mirrors in and shimmied out. I appreciated knowing we'd receive breakfast. Only expected a continental type selection which was okay. It would maybe be better to offer a choice of a few options such as water instead of juice, a plain bagel, oatmeal, fresh fruit rather than pastries. The yogurt was nice. I'm certain a lot of that food gets thrown away and that's such a waste.

Good

The location was great - we were able to walk from Abram & Suites to local shops and a variety of restaurants on the main street of Ouray. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were very nice. The included breakfast was a refrigerated burrito and a bagel sandwich, yogurt and juice.

Great stay in Ouray!

Location was fabulous. Nice, cozy room. Good sized bathroom. Clean and well maintained. Satellite television. Bed was comfortable. Good free Wi-Fi

Only one chair in room but we made it work. Didn’t have a “do not disturb” sign to use to keep out housekeeping. Parking area was small but worked.

Good location, practically no breakfast even that you pay for it!

Location is ideal, in the heart of everything.

Breakfast is terrible. it was advertised that you will be given vouchers to use in a near by cafe. They left us a cold basic lunch box items of children can of juice a cup cake and a ham sandwich in the fridge. We said we do not eat ham or pork products and they said 'tough!' there is nothing else we can offer you. Not happy at all, especially given the high price of the room.
