Great complex, had everything we needed. Restaurant within a few yards was great. Location was within 15 minutes of what we were there for.
Overall wonderful experience.
A TV that would not stay off. Kept waking me up till I unplugged it.

It was in a great location to see Kennedy Space Center.
Upon arrival, there was an overflow of garbage in the bins outside townhouse. It took the staff 2 days to take it away. I found this odd since we had to pay a cleaning fee to book the townhouse.
We stayed 2 out of 3 nights because the AC issue was never fixed. It was extremely hot in the townhouse which made it extremely uncomfortable to relax.

Great little resort, perfect location for our trip to KSC. Lovely town house with plenty of room for all. Comfortable beds. Clean linen and towels.
Some parts of the house are a little too shabby, like the sofa and rug in the living room. Could do with a little TLC in places.

Great location! We stayed in a townhome before boarding a cruise out of Port Canaveral. Perfect location and convenient to Port Canaveral! It was nice to have an area outside for our kids to play. Enjoyed walking to the restaurant on property for dinner!
Nothing.

Amazing! Convenient to cruise terminals. Coming off a week long cruise, the condo was exactly what we needed to wrap up our vacation before traveling home. Very nice and clean as well as beautifully decorated!

Everything. Loved the heater pool and hot tub. So much space for our family!!!! Close to everything space related (why we’re in the area). We watched 3 launches. Stayed in a couple other places in the area too but this was by far the best.

Location near my house. The view was ok
Trouble finding the cart. Problem with keys. Late check in because the room wasn’t clean in a timely matter which is a problem because you can only check in after 4. The housekeeper did her best

Beds are super comfortable. Rooms are spacious. It is a great location. Watching the dolphins with a cup of coffee in the morning was so relaxing!
The bar closes to early.

The window covering is see through, I felt uncomfortable

That we had an electric issue, and they put us in another unit immediately without any hesitation
Nothing bad to say it was a great time

Property was well located near Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach
Unit was okay but not great. Furniture was very worn and stained, couch and loveseat were so worn that they sank uncomfortably when we tried to sit on them. Bar stool was broken. Upholstered seats were stained and very worn. Very disappointing for the price. Everything was just dingy and worn.

Beds were a little too soft

The hotel was very clean, and beautifully decorated. The balcony faced the canal which was a bonus to be able to see dolphins and manatee! Pool and main office was also well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.
Nothing really.

Gorgeous layout and location. Stayed here before a cruise and it was lovely.

Beautiful, exceptionally clean, and well stocked. It has been updated flawlessly. 10 stars!
Being on the canal and watching the dolphins was nice, but the traffic & road noise is on the louder side. Not so bad inside bit thats the only flaw, if you could call it that.

The property was awesome. We loved every minute. It was clean and very beautiful.

bright and clean facility. Easy access to highway and local area.
The rooms have light filtering blinds only which means that as soon as the sun rises your room is lit up - room darkening shades would assist in being able to sleep in a little since we are on vacation :)

Spacious with everything we needed. Nice walk around the marina.
Dolphins restaurant couldn't cope with an international phone number to let us know our table was ready and then forgot about us. 1.5 hours before we got any food.

GREAT central location to everything we had planned. Very clean and modern!
I booked with Booking.com. Booking charged me a $20 per day cleaning fee and the resort never cleaned our room. There was an envelope for a tip but I had already paid upfront $80. When I checked out I explained why I didn’t leave a tip. I’m normally a very generous person and felt the charges I had already paid was more than sufficient. I will stay there again but will book with them directly.

nice restaurant on premises, spacious home

Clean, spacious, beautiful rooms and beautiful view. Lovely balcony and large patio below, nice little pool. Furnished cookwares and stocked kitchen, complimentary pot of coffee in the morning. Will recommend to everyone and stay again!
Room reserved for 8 people, only stocked with 4 bath towels. If mgmt can ensure rooms have 1:1 people to towel ratio stocked before guests arrive then this 'negative' box would be empty. Not a deal breaker, but was definitely an inconvenience at night.
