Extremely bad place to stay

Nothing likable about Homesites

The location is dangerous- group of people hanging around the street, not safe to go out on your own. accommodation is unsafe, smells of cigarettes. Leftover food in the fridge. I don't imagine anyone will be able to sleep peacefully here. I had to arrange for a different accommodation. I am not sure why booking.com allowed accommodation like this on their platform. Staff hardly answer the phone when you call them

Better look somewhere else near Newark

The proximity with Newark airport and self check-in.

Not responsive. The shared bathroom is in pretty bad shape and black mold in the tub. The shower curtain has a very strong moldy smell and the forniture are ready to fall apart. They claim to have an airport shuttle. This is not true. when I booked I asked them to confirm that, but they didn’t respond until a day before saying they don’t have that service anymore. The pillow cases were dirty and the lock of our room did not work.

I enjoyed the one night stay overall and the staff were really responsive with my questions!

We didn’t get breakfast but we liked the inclusion of the towels and the parking was very convenient as well.

The bedding or mattress could have a bit of an improvement and the bed itself was also squeaky.

Very dirty hair everywhere it's like nothing has been cleaned for months toilet dirty room floor dirty bedding is dirty just everything is dirty no real maintenance no real upkeep

MICROWAVE ,TOASTER,COFFEEMAKER IS AVAILABLE IN THE GOOD SIZED,MODERN KITCHEN.also a small mini fridge...Owner provides bottled water.

Key pickup and access needs to be different; the honor system does not always work.Also,its annoying when people are allowed to sit on the front steps and smoke( MJ and regular cigs)& block the door in doing so..Finally,sometimes people will leave the main/frontdoor cracked ( on purpose)...Shutting is expected for safety but its annoying..

When i first got there,the door was lock.so i mash the bell nothing I was outside 30 to 55 minutes. Then i contact the owner, evenually she sent me the code. Upon entering the room I notice the bed was not made and the pillows didn't have any case on them plus they where dingy. 2. The bed only had a fitted sheet and the comforter was in the closet with the towel and wash cloth. 3. The bathroom, as reported was dirty but the toliet was given me stain. It's almost like the water pressure is to low.. 4.The kitchen has two pot. One is a sauce pot and the other was a small frying pan wit two big spoon.

I went online to extend my stay,because the temperature drop. Around 3, this man came in and check out time is 12. I told him I extended my stay. So he called her.and she started fussing. So he came back to me and said we don't do that here. So I said if we'll just let me redo over again and she start yelling at me. So I turn around and started packing up.. then he started talking slick. After I had remove my things, he ask me where were the pillows case I said, I didn't see any. Then, he asked abt the towel and cloth,. I said they are on the bed. He then reply, don't say that cause I put two set of towel n clorh in this room. Then he started fussing. I said, look I don't have ur pillow case nor ur towel set. Now i f you dont believe me you can check my stuff.I ask him why are you talking to me like this,what have I done to make you talk to me like this.. he said no I don't won't to check your stuff. Then he help me bring the rest of my stuff down the stairs.

the bathroom was very dirty! the toilet seat had pee on it and the bathtub drain was blocked
