Overall, it was a good

I loved that we were very close to the beach

Washer/dryer were not operational and the wifi did not work

Reasonably Price Vacation Spot

It is close to the beach. The house was clean. The ceiling fans were great. The neighbors were very nice. Very dog friendly neighborhood. Rabbits in the yard in the morning time. Peaceful!

The water pressure was bad. The sinks drainage was very slow. There was no curtain over the shower window! The bathtub was very slippery, fall hazard! The beds were terrible, very uncomfortable. The internet would not connect. The ac struggled to keep the house cooled during the day. Rattlesnake spotted from the neighbor's yard to the back yard of this house.

Cute, close to the beach, just needs work

Location, charm... just needs work

Place needs updating and some pretty serious maintenance. Beds aren't very comfortable. Bring your own paper plates and cups. Thank me later.

We made the best of it!

the location

This house is in a great location pretty much on the beach! However the house needs a lot of work! There are really to many things to list on what needs to be fixed on this place. Also don’t even bother trying to call or message about getting anything done at the house because they will tell you that they are going to tell the local team and they will get back to you but no one ever gets back to you!

The Mini blinds should be replaced, paint walls & doors and I wasn’t able to use washer and dryer.

Dirty & Rundown

Location to beach

Mold on ceiling, bathroom window cracked and duct taped, dog hair on couch, blinds broke, no tv remote, bed and couch hard, stove broke, no hair dryer, 4 broken bbq pits, house shook when someone walked, a/c thermostat would reset to 80

Exceptional

I liked the area. the rooms were very clean. there was plenty of towels.

I did not like that it took me like 4 hrs to get in to the house. I had planes for the evening and i was not abel to achieve them. That made my trip shorter and missed out on things that i wanted to do.

Not safe to stay here

Location

Broken window in the kids room, broken window in the bathroom. No blinds or any window coverings on windows in the living room and bedrooms. Damaged blinds. Rat poop inside gas grill. Shelves inside refrigerator broken, railing on refrigerator door broken. My wife was filling the fridge when everything came down on her. Gaps between electrical plugs and walls, this is very dangerous for small children.

Broken blinds throughout house Muddy driveway I had to fix outside showerhead Broken windows taped up. Outside highway noise due to broken windows made it hard to sleep. Leak in roof

Great little escape!

The cottage was adorable! Everything we needed was there. Our beach was not crowded at all, like the public access. The location was perfect walking distance to come and go from the beach during the day.

The bbq grille was unusable. And there was one bed that was like it was wore out .

Good

Short walk to a wonderful beach. The beach was well maintained and sparsely populated.

There was slight odor of cigarettes smoke. The interior was worn. The highway noise was very noticeable.
