A beautiful location in the beach!

The location was beautiful! The townhouse was roomy and had great views. The bathrooms were updated. Beautiful wood floors throughout. Jeff, from I trip, was very nice and helpful. The kitchen was well equipped.

There were a lot of small issues with the townhouse. When we arrived, the code given to us did not work, so we called the number we had, but had to wait for a call back. When we received the call back, the first few codes he gave us were incorrect but he finally found one that worked. The coffee maker didn’t work properly, but they did bring us a new one. There was peeling paint on the woodwork and cabinets. The storage area under the house was not well kept, and there were many broken chairs. There were no sheets for the pull out couch, but one of us tried to sleep on it anyway. It was extremely uncomfortable so we didn’t use it. The light fixture above the dining table was filthy and full of bugs. On check out day, the cleaner arrived before 10 am and was very rude. He actually threw some items we had forgotten at one of us. He told us we couldn’t keep our luggage in the downstairs storage area although we had been told we could. There was no recycling. When we asked about it we were told that the owner of this unit must have declined to pay the extra $5.00 per month to have recycling. This fact was very troubling to us.
