Overall better than expected for the price. The staff was super friendly & the breakfast way above the normal for a

Proximity to downtown & UGA but a little off the beaten path.

Rooftop bar was a little loud late in the evening but we were staying on the top floor.

The staff was ver helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious.

Breakfast was wonder. The fruit and bacon were my favorites.

I did not love the coffee.

Not worth the money. Too much hassle.

The breakfast was very good. The bess were comfortable and the staff was very helpful with everything.

Both times i stayed I had to pay $14 a day for parking and the gate was messed up the whole time both times so I'd have to get out of my vehicle and walk to the front desk because no one would answer the call button and the elevators wouldn't work when we were leaving. Very very inconvenient.

A solid 10

Clean and comfortable beds and restroom. Rooms are spacious and have nice sitting area, cabinets, and refrigerator. The breakfast was excellent and the best at any hotel I have been to. They had many gluten free options, multiple dietary options. The food was great! Very convenient walking distance to downtown restaurants and campus at UGA - Go DAWGS! Parking was easy in their garage. Staff was very nice and the property was well managed.

A bit pricy but hey...for what we experienced it was truly worth it! No microwave in rooms. Our room (304) had a broken wire shelf in the shower but was not a big deal.

Very comfortable and clean

The hotel was about a 5 minute drive to family .Very clean rooms and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was excellent choices. Would definitely use this hotel again.

Very happy with this Hyatt. I'd go back again.

Breakfast was a welcome addition to the room rental. Austin was a capable and friendly desk manager on weekend and evenings. Give him a raise!! Parking was reasonable.

Nice birthday get away

Nice and clean, very nice breakfast in the morning, easy walking to shops/downtown restaurants or bars, was not to far of a walk to the football game

Exceed my needs and expectations.

The location was excellent for my training. It was next door to the Classic Center so I did not have a long walk to and from training sessions. The hotel was very nice. The staff was professional and my room was excellent. I was able to get restaurant suggestions all with in walking distance. I and a HUGE DAWGS fan and will look to book this hotel for future stays in Athens during football season.

Beautiful, relaxing stay.

Breakfast was so beautifully presented, completely restocked frequently, very clean and organized and the food was delicious. There was a huge selection of fresh cut fruit and well as every hot food entre you might want. As you can see I was well pleased with breakfast.

Bad

I was not able to use my reservation because when I made it I accidentally hit the wrong date. neither booking.com or Hyatt would work with me to change it. I am 69 & legally blind in my left eye. as soon as I realized the mistake I tried for 3 days to get it corrected. They both got my money without me being able to use it.
