the bathroom leaked all night

The room was very dirty, trash in the room and bathroom, there was no curtain in the shower and the whole bathroom was wet when bathing, very poor service, much to be desired.

Horrible! Room was filthy, blood stains on the carpet, hairs and debris all over the bathroom floor, bed bugs on the mattress with dead skin cells and hair all over the box spring, I really have never seen anything like this! Absolutely gross! And there were prostitutes walking up and down the hallways. We didn’t stay. I demanded my money back and we went to a much nicer and actually clean hotel!

Absolutely nothing!

Bad area. Used condoms in the toilet. Garbage on the floor. Dirty air vents. Filthy room! Rude staff. Hung up on me when I tried to complain and ask for cancellation then proceeded to charge my card and would not respond to any attempt to reach them. I would rate them a negative number if I could. AWFUL!!!!

it was inexpensive

it needed some updates. The toilet seat needed to be replaced and there was a hole in the wall filled with paper towels. they weren’t serving breakfast as advertised.

No Breakfast as stated on website. Dark area at night, no security. I will never go back to that hotel. Old building, shower made so much noise. Wi-Fi did not work for me all night.

almost walked out because the whole property was trashed and smelled like black and milds

Staff was rude and unhelpful. Policies were not explained regarding booking.

Supposed to be have a pool and breakfast included we already pay for it, but they said last two years we didn’t have this thing !!!!!!

pool broken, leak in bathroom on floor, old apples in dresser, light fixture barley hanging, towel rack fell dropping towels in leaky toilet, beds were full size NOT queen, 2 thin sheets no blanket, doors to room are very hard to open, never came to room to check leak like we asked, not even a coffee for the morning
