The location great alot of great fast food n stores n a big Walmart in walking distance floor nice n quite n clean

The roaches was bad in the room but they did sent someone out to spray for them and I wish they had a lobby with computer room n breakfast that would be perfect

never go to this hotel.

this was the worst hotel experience i’ve ever had. i checked in, looked around for 10 minutes and then immediately checked out. the staff misled me before entering the room by saying it was ‘under renovation’. the room was so unclean that it was unsanitary. it was also unsafe - the maintenance person who let me into my room found me on an app and propositioned me and sent nude pictures of himself to me. this person literally has a key to the room i’m staying in. the hotel has also refused to refund the room and i’m in a dispute with them and with booking.com who are also not the greatest at fixing a problem with a hotel that was advertised on their app. i would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

unsanitary. unsafe. it smelled horrible. there were fresh stains on the floors, walls, and furniture. the staff was misleading and then rude once i asked for a refund.

But the worker just help herself an just try to come in the room but if it wasn't for the little lock on the door she would've come on in an this was a 9am like the check out time is at 11 just wanna rush someone out the room I paid my money just let me be 😒 WE ARE NOT KIDS WE ARE GROWN ASS PEOPLE

NOTHING PLACE IS DISGUSTING AND EXPENSIVE NO CLEAN. DONT BOOK IT

THE HOTEL ROOM WAS WITH OLD AND DIRTY APPLIANCES AND THE WALLS WERE DIRTY AND REALLY LOOKS LIKE A REALLY CHEAP PLACE WHEN WE PAID OVER $100 DLS PER NIGHT SO WAY TO EXPENSIVE FOR POOR MAINTAINCE OF THE FACILITY

Desk clerk did not have any hospitality skills. She was purely functionary. The room wasn't really clean. Fixtures appeared worn. I am a former hotel general manager. I know what it should look like.

I did not check in, the room was filthy, unacceptable with roaches in the tub. TAKE OFF THE LIST!

The room looked like someone had ransacked it. Drawers were missing, the bed looked like an army cot. There were roaches in the bathtub. I could not check in to this hotel. I asked to see another room, and it was worse. This hotel is being used for homeless people, and is not being maintained. The desk clerk said that they were running with a "skeleton crew," and that pest control could only work on one floor per week. After looking at several rooms, I asked the desk clerk to call another hotel and ask if they had a room available.

It was the worst “stay” I’ve ever had and WILL NOT GO BACK

There was absolutely NOTHING I liked about this place.

Everything about this “hotel” is disgusting. From the staff to the wrenching smells to the ROACHES. By far the absolute worst place I have ever been to. Walked into the room, and was met with DIRTY RAGS ON THE BED. Trash was piled up, toilet was broken. They do not clean anything here. They don’t even change the sheets on the beds or the towels in the bathroom.. ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC.
