Convenient Location for a Well-managed Comfortable Hotel

Super clean room, great bed. Nice to have snacks available to purchase. Loved how they handled delivering my dinner delivery. Friendly staff able to give good information about local businesses.

The tub/shower is slippery. Need a tub mat or non-slip coating.

Check in staff was efficient but not very welcoming. However housekeeping staff were very pleasant.

Extremely friendly & very welcoming. Room was spacious. We enjoyed our stay and will return.

Breakfast was basic but they had everything we needed at the time.

A sum of $180 was charged to my account for a stay costing $153.08. Hotel won’t correct it for a week. this is not equit

Dylan, Mohammed and the entire staff were amazing. Extremely friendly and very welcoming.

Breakfast was good but it would have been great to change up the menu a bit.

Overall, quite nice. The staff is particularly kind and helpful.

The breakfast is unimaginative. It is functional. Perhaps a wider selection of items would be nice.

Parking is a problem. I do not know if this issue can be solved, given limited surrounding space, but additional spaces nearby would help.

Inexcpensive, yet comfortable room in a central location, but only if you have a car.

The breakfast was good and had lots of healthy options. Location very easy to access. The rooms are clean and comfortable with plenty of space to work in desk area.

Parking lot was always full and the elelvator had a strange smell the whole weekend.

Overall a nice stay

Comfortable spacious room. Nice looking physical fitness and pool area. Adequate breakfast. No ice on floor 1, you must go upstairs to get ice.

In the Bathroom - the toilet paper roller is behind you as you sit. If you want a piece of paper, you have to grow arms out of your back. STUPID

The amenities and it was very clean.

Room felt a bit small and the AC unit would make a loud racket each time it would kick start.

So clean! The managers were so polite and accommodating

“Breakfast” - processed pre wrapped food. Crappy coffee. This would not prevent me from staying here or even recommending. But I would not bother getting out of bed for it.

Clean and comforable rooms. Wonderful staff. Happy to return.

The location was great for us. It was not downtown Eugene but was only a short drive away. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and professional. We will not hesitate to stay again in the future.

We were very happy with our stay. I can not think of anything we would change. Keep up the good work. Look forward to the end of Covid so we can eat breakfast at the hotel.

Located close to rail tracks and a couple of times in the night we were woken up by train noises

Underwhelmed.

No complimentary bottle water in room. Paid extra for River view- majority of view was of the highway- I thought it was on the River. No free coffee after b-fest hrs. Was not told about the breakfast at check in. That would have been nice as I came down for coffee 10 mon after “breakfast” ended.

Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Due to Covid breakfast was served at the counter by the lounge and we had to take it to our rooms to eat. They did not provide us with any paper plater or utensils. Also the lady serving the breakfast was rude. she was rushing us to choose what we want. Tables should have been available with 6 feet distance for us to eat.
