Отличное месторасположение, комфорт,. Большой, чистый бассейн с комфортной температурой. Отличный , доброжелательный персонал виллы. Гостеприимный хозяин , готовый помочь во всем. Отличная звукоизоляция в номерах. Сама вилла находится в уютном тихом , спокойном месте, но буквально в 5 минут ходьбы находится оживленная улица, где много кафе, ресторанов, магазинов, большой супермаркет. Спокойный пляж без волн с черепахами рядом. Чуть дальше с волнами. Мне все понравилось! Спасибо!

Excellent rapport qualité/prix

Chambre familiale spacieuse et équipée d’une cuisine et d’un coin repas, accès direct au rooftop avec chaises longues. Piscine adaptée aux enfants (pataugeoire). Personnel aux petits soins. Emplacement top au calme mais à quelques minutes de marche seulement de la main road. Je recommande!

Overwhelmed by such kind and service minded staff

The staff and management was simply fantastic ! They helped us out with a large number of requests always with a smile. The manager Janaka and his son was particularly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay great ! 10/10 service!!

Not the best coffee for breakfast. That is the one and only thing I can think of.

Wish we could have stayed longer

Beautiful setting, accommodation was comfortable and spotlessly clean, staff were polite, efficient and friendly. Lovely pool. Breakfast was delicious

Fabulous

Everyone was lovely at this hotel I was made to feel very welcome . Breakfast was lovely and fresh pool was big and clean . I couldn’t recommend this place enough it was the best place we stayed at in the hole of Sri Lanka

Great value for this money

As you can notice from the previous reviews, the host himself is great. And everything is exactly correct, Mr. Janaka is just an incredible person: he is friendly, polite, and helpful, and he is doing his best to help you to feel this place is your home. The rest staff is also really nice and friendly people, as well as all the guests that lived there. The villa itself is big, comfortable, and has a really nice pool that can be really useful as there are not a lot of places for a calm swim in Hikkaduwa (most beaches have big waves).

Well, it's important to realize: this is a great place for a BUDGET staying. So the breakfast is really simple, there is a limited number of amenities in the room, and there are some other people that already live on your floor (some of them are families that already live here for almost one year). These are not cons or pros, you just need to keep that in mind in case you are looking for something more luxurious.

Lots of mosquitos but no more than anywhere else. Sun beds cushions were waterlogged and a bit mouldy in places.

Really nice, clean and big rooms. The staff is really nice and breakfast is great. Huge and clean pool and only 10 min to walk to the beach. The owner was super helpful and even organized airport shuttle. 100% recommend this place.

Highly recommended - very good place to stay in Hikkaduwa

Our family is very satisfied with our stay at Villa Dineha. Hotel is perfectly located (few minutes walk from main beaches, restaurants, main street), very clean and the staff is absolutely gorgeous. Janaka and his team is doing a great job by assisting in every matter - no matter You need to get tuk tuk to the nearby restaurant or to plan a few days trip inside Sri Lanka. Janaka will organize everything for a fair price which will be lower than taking the same service from the travel agencies or guides. Swimming pool and all the territory is well kept and clean. Absolute bonus is a hot water and electricity without interruptions (huge generator takes care of proper work during interruption hours). Our kids also enjoyed monkeys coming to the garden during morning hours (they were allowed to feed them!). While we loved the silence and birds singing early in the mornings. For sure - we have made the right choice and will come back to Villa Dineha soon.

The host, Janaka, is wonderful person and all staff! Great service, all questions could be solved easily, good transfers from airport and to other locations! Good tours with driver\guide Lal, we spent with Lal fantastic 3 days in the center of the island! We wish this place to prosper! Best Regards, Irina and Alex

Lovely stay

Very nice place, comfortable beds, good AC, lots of plug sockets, only 5 mins walk from the beach and restaurants Janaka is the best host ever, he went out of his way to make sure everything went well. He helped organise our taxis and even helped us arrange a taxi to deliver our things in another city to us after we accidentally left them. This is the best place we stayed during our entire trip

Exceptional

We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended our stay in Villa Dineha from one week to three months. The room was clean and comfortable, kitchen well-equipped and as there are routers on each floor, the WiFi worked exceptionally well. The location is excellent, as it's close to the beach and the centre, but at the same time rather quiet. Special thanks to the host who is very welcoming and happy to assist with anything.

Perfect location and great facilities. The garden is beautiful and the owner gave my children some food to feed the monkeys. The pool is a perfect addition and the room a great size and very clean. The owner was very helpful and friendly. Would love to return one day.

Best hotel in Sri Lanka

We stayed at all sorts of hotels in Sri Lanka budget wise, but this was top of the lot. Great breakfast. Best place we have stayed at. Very special thanks to the owner, great guy.

Experience Sri Lankan hospitality at its best

One of the things that makes your holiday an experience to remember is the first interaction you have with the local people and that happens to be at the hotel/ home stays where you check in. Villa Dineha surely knows how to make you feel at home. It was a wonderful stay. Janaka and his team are simply superb in their hospitality and it’s genuine. Room size, breakfast, tips on how to get around. Arranging diving experiences / airport pick ups. It was all handled very well. Am definitely coming back and I recommend this place hands down for enjoying your time in hikkaduwa.
