I will not recommend this place to anyone. Please call me to discuss my legal options.

Not a thing.

No chairs in room to support upper back. Staff failed to provide me with proper chairs. I went to Walmart and purchase chairs for me and my wife. This place should be close and not allowed to serve the public. Staff told me I could leave if not satisfy with the accommodations, however, I will not receive a REFUND.

Disappointing

Location was probably the only thing.

The room wasn’t clean. The carpet looked dirty and I found a few dead bugs on the carpet. Pretty sure there was mold on the felling above the shower. The fridge was dirty and the shelves inside of it were broken.

I felt the rate was about $10-$20 higher than the amenities provided.

The price was reasonable and the location was good.

The restaurant and bar had closed down and relocated. The pool tables were no longer there. Someone had punched a hole in the bathroom door.

we weren’t happy with alot of thingsof things and one sentence isn’t long enough….

No desk clerk had to call to get someone to come to the desk we left and came back and still no one. dirty sink and restroom faucets were loose not working right no cups for coffee didn’t see any breakfast area just not what we thought it would be. just not happy with the accommodations hoping that by March alot of the issues are corrected if not we’re going to have to cancel our next trip stay.

Very nice service, next time I will ask for a renovated room.

Very comfortable bed, pillows, and sheets.

The bathroom looked like it was falling apart and the shower temperature randomly fluctuated. Also my security lock was not working.

Front desk had an attitude as soon as I walked in A/c was loud Restroom door wouldn’t shut Fridge didn’t work Beds were uncomfortable and very small ( twin bed ) I was expecting at least 2 queens Shower head sprayed everywhere, standing water in tub ., pool closed by 8pm No visitors allowed

overall our stay was okay and could’ve been better but it wasn’t that bad. more cleanliness and care for the rooms would

the staff was friendly and cared about how our room was even though we’ve stayed at better places and my moms room smelled like the A/C needed to be cleaned and it smelled like mold but ours was clean and nice for a single room.

nora Torres Room was paint and was worked on and they lift wall plaster all over the room white dust all over the bed and all over the bed and in the sunk they lift the ice bucket with water and hard plaster mix in there and a trash can full off leak of the sealing and I'm disabled we had to put me in another room across the other side of the property tremendously exhausted

Everything in Hotel Seemed Really Old And Used For Too Long Of Time. Couch Was Stained Pretty Bad, Sheets Were Cut Up, Paint Was Peeling Off Walls , No Microwave, I Had Them Get Me Another TV From Another Room Cause Mine Was About Too Go Out.

The staff was pleasant, the room was clean.

I had to ask for a top sheet for the bed (it had been left off). I had to ask for water cups (there were none). The toilet would’t flush properly, and the hotel ice maker was broken, so I had to go to a convenience store for ice.

Filthy and run down. Broken down furniture. Food in microwave. Electrical outlet falling out of wall. No cups or coffee. Trash piled up outside. Broken AC units in breezeway.
